The site was extremely clean and very well maintained. The amenities were amazing. Beautiful tranquil location. Great price for such a peaceful little spot. We’ll definitely be back to stay again. Thank you so much.
I wouldn't call this a campsite. Whilst the pictures are pretty on the hipcamp listing, the reality is that the listing is for a spot in a carpark behind the canobolas dance hall when it's not being used. It doesn't feel remote and there's not really a place to pitch a tent other than a small patch of grass between the car park and lake. There are no site numbers.
On the plus side, if you have a proper rv this would be a place where you could park it overnight and use the facilities which include warm showers and proper toilets.
This camp ground is stunning! Quiet and spacious! Short drive into town. There was a full mood during our stay, so the night sky was amazing!

We had a wonderful couple of nights camping at the Apple Orchard. The location has a beautiful view of the apple orchards and lake and is an easy 10 minute drive into Orange. The amenities block is completely out of this world! Never have we stayed anywhere where the amenities deserve their own post. There is even a chandelier and the heater was on when we arrived on a very chilly July evening.

This place was so unique. Our only regret is that we didn't see the hall in action. I can only imagine how beautiful a wedding might be at this place. Thank you.

Set within a peaceful orchard, the grounds are incredibly quiet and tranquil, offering the perfect place to relax and unwind in nature. Everywhere you turn, there are beautiful photo opportunities amongst the rows of apple trees, ideal for capturing lasting memories. All staff were friendly and waving.
Altogether, The Apple Orchard provides a truly five-star camping experience. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a serene and memorable getaway.

The Orchard was peaceful spot to camp close enough to town. It was nice to wander amongst the apple trees & pat the beautiful horse. Toilets & showers were a bonus & were clean. Thanks for having us

Nice secluded spot on the outskirts of Orange. Was nice big dam with Apple orchards to walk through. Good to have power and amenities block.
Only downside during our stay was that grass was excessively long and looked as though the dance hall had an event that was never cleaned up after. Bins knocked over with rubbish, clothes, towels and swags lying around on ground and amenities block.

Beautiful well maintained spot by the water and orchards. About 12 mins from the town, yet remote enough to feel like you're much further away. The amenities was just a damn surprise! Astonishingly charming and clean.

Highly recommend this Hipcamp, great amenities, choice of sites up on grass or closer to the dam on the gravel with grass in front, dog friendly love the rustic old dancehall with the amenities with same old school charm.
Close to Orange and the wineries.

We had a lovely weekend woth our toddler and dog. A small campsite with beautifully styled amenities. The host was very responsive and the location is just far enough out of town to feel relaxing but close enough to get a meal/coffee etc.

This campsite in the orchards was such a lovely surprise. It’s right off the roadside but has a feel of calm about it. We had it all to ourselves and it was lovely to watch the sunset over the dam. Facilities were totally adequate and cosy.
