Never Never Park is a Sub-Tropical Rainforest property which borders the ancient Gondwana World Heritage National Park on 2 sides including along Coopernook creek. It’s over 50m tall, more than 1000 years old, and was around long before Captain Cook reached our shores.

The local fauna is amazing and quite rare, featuring the locals of the Gondwana Rainforests, Koala’s, Wallabies, Paddy Melons, Lyre Birds, Satin Bower Birds, Glossy Black Cockatoo’s, King parrots, Crimson Rosella’s, Wedgetail Eagles, Catbirds, Riflebirds, Fairy wrens, Diamond pythons, Water dragons, Giant Panda snails, Glow Worms, Fire Flys and many more… including our Horses, Cows, Chooks and Bees.

For those adventure lovers out there, who enjoy canoeing or kayaking, you may want to take advantage of being on section one of 'The Longest Whitewater Trail in Australia'. If you enjoy 4WD adventures a day trip to The Junction at the Nymboi-Binderay National Park is well worth the drive.
The closest town to get supplies is Coutts crossing, approx 22km drive. There is a BP service station with a general store and post office inside. Here you can also grab a coffee and takeaway food. Savarnh's Island is a 100 acre privately owned Island on the north coast of NSW Australia. Five kilometres of riverbank to camp on. Starlink WI-FI connection and good mobile reception on the island, toilets, showers and mains power for some sites. On maps the island is named Esk Island.
A short boat ride to shopping centres, restaurants, pubs, beaches at Yamba and Iluka. World heritage rainforests. Long uncrowded surf beaches.
Great fishing, boat ramp and jetty on island. Bring your own boat or canoe or use our paddle boat and canoes.
The island is located on the north arm of the Clarence River beside Iluka and at the mouth of the Esk River.

GETTING TO THE ISLAND
You will be picked up by small powerboat from the riverbank opposite the island (Visitor Point) but our powerboat does not operate on Saturdays. There is parking for your car at Visitor Point.

Once on the island you will be given a tour and shown to our accommodation.
A row boat and double canoe is provided so you can go to your car as you please, a rowing distance of about 600m. We can not allow guests to operate our powerboat themselves.
There is a jetty and a boat ramp on the island if you wish to bring your own boat. If you bring your own boat please only use it to come and go from the island's boat ramp on the far western side of the island.

This is a caravan park with a large grassy camping area. Close to highway (M1) and beach. It is an ideal place for families to stay for a few days to explore the beach, national park and a lot more. For travelers who want to stop overnight, this park is conveniently located to get on & off the highway with ease. We are dog-friendly for friendly dogs.
We are upgrading the infrastructure (water, sewer, stormwater and electricity) of the park. Due to capital requirement and for the convenience of existing residents, the upgrade will be undertaken in multiple stages. The road will be concreted after all infrastructure are installed. During the process of upgrading, there will be some trenching and digging. The trench may be not filled property. The swimming pool is not available for maintenance until further notice.

Savarnh's Island is a 100 acre privately owned Island on the north coast of NSW Australia. Five kilometres of riverbank to camp on. Starlink WI-FI connection and good mobile reception on the island, toilets, showers and mains power for some sites. On maps the island is named Esk Island.
A short boat ride to shopping centres, restaurants, pubs, beaches at Yamba and Iluka. World heritage rainforests. Long uncrowded surf beaches.
Great fishing, boat ramp and jetty on island. Bring your own boat or canoe or use our paddle boat and canoes.
The island is located on the north arm of the Clarence River beside Iluka and at the mouth of the Esk River.

GETTING TO THE ISLAND
You will be picked up by small powerboat from the riverbank opposite the island (Visitor Point) but our powerboat does not operate on Saturdays. There is parking for your car at Visitor Point.

Once on the island you will be given a tour and shown to our accommodation.
A row boat and double canoe is provided so you can go to your car as you please, a rowing distance of about 600m. We can not allow guests to operate our powerboat themselves.
There is a jetty and a boat ramp on the island if you wish to bring your own boat. If you bring your own boat please only use it to come and go from the island's boat ramp on the far western side of the island.

One of the most welcoming, warm and peaceful spots we have been to. Shanti is such an amazing host who instantly made us feel part of the family but also allowed us our space and time to enjoy her stunning property. Having the horses come to the campsite and literally under the caravan awning was an amazing experience and they made themselves at home around the campfire. They are so well looked after and extremely friendly. We will be back as soon as we can.

Oasis of Hope is a great little site up the rain forest above Coffs Harbour and was a treat to find. Excellent, very clean shower and toilet facilities and a large communal BBQ area. I was concerned about the 10 volt power supply but Lars was very quick to provide me with an adaptor. A very peaceful spot so I slept soundly! If you want to stay off grid in fabulous surroundings, this is the place.

We love our stay at the Oasis of Hope, the property is perfectly maintained, beautiful views, a lots of nice spot for swimming, the water was crystal clear in the creek, the camp site was very good size. The amenities was great, shower, toilets, family friendly. We had a super relaxing 3 nights there, done a lots of bike riding, racquet sports, card games, and swimming etc, we just love the peaceful and tranquillity of the surroundings. We went to the Coramba Hotel for lunch on Sunday, it was great, only a very short drive, but have great food, even have a live band there that afternoon, it was so lovely. We will definitely come back again to stay. Thank you so much Lars for providing great service and top job for keeping the property so beautiful.
