We have 245 acres with an area of bushland and other lovely areas with scattered trees, plus some open areas. Currently we have a choice of camping areas for caravans and tents, some nestled in amongst the tree line. Other areas alongside the dam. We keep all the camping areas slashed for safety and to allow easier access to find a suitable camping spot. We also have a hut available in the bush area. This hut is secluded and has its own outdoor private toilet. There is no shower, electricity or fresh water available, however we do have a flush toilet at the camping and caravan site. Campers would need to be self-sufficient otherwise. Please note we don't allow motorbikes, Quads or firearms on the property and there are no exceptions, sorry. We run sheep on our property and have wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats and echidnas. We also have farm animals such as cows, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, geese, and dogs. We have 8 dams, 3 of which have fish as well as yabbies throughout the year. Fire pits located in designated areas and only to used during non fire ban periods and to be supervised at all times. We're happy for you to bring your dog however you would be required to keep it under your control or on a leash and away from the sheep. No motor bikes, quads, firearms permitted and no exceptions. No diving off jetty Supervise children at all times. Water, dams, firepits, bushwalking and all areas can be dangerous. Caution, dams may be dangerous, and water is deep. Do not enter paddocks with cows and horses. Beware of snakes. This was truly a stunning stay. The views accross the water and the sounds of so many different bird life. the area was fenced off so I felt totally safe letting the pups run freely. Vallance was such an accomodating host who even on a Friday afternoon came down to help me out of a pickle I had gotten mysleft into. Such a gentleman. and if your lucky enough you might even get lucky with some free range eggs. A beautiful spot. I will re visit one day soon.

This is our second stay at Peppermint Gum campground. We loved having such a large area all to ourselves, on such a beautiful property. The set-up makes for very easy camping with kids and groups; the shelter and picnic table, the established campfire and composting toilet. We enjoyed going for walks through the bush and to the creek; looking for wombat burrows, seeing blue-tongue lizards, spotting lots of birds and hearing lots of frogs!

Stayed with family during the October long weekend. We had stayed at Eudora farm previously, but our family hadn't. They were impressed and indicated they would return at a future date. The weather was fantastic, and the campsite was immaculate. The addition of the two new loos will make it even better. We went on a short trip to both the Laggan Hotel and the Taralga Hotel. Both pubs are worth the drive for the atmosphere and excellent food. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Upper Lachlan Valley.

A fantastic place to stay. This was our second time staying with Sally, and I would recommend the site to everyone. The sites are dispersed, so you are not on top of other campers. The areas are kept mowed with green grass, not dirt. Most sites are level, depending on where you want to set up. Depending on the site you choose, the views of the Upper Lachlan Valley are impressive. Sally and Tony came to say hello on our arrival. They are lovely people who cannot do enough to make your stay enjoyable. We will be back for a third time!

Wonderful experience and many thanks to Vallance and his lovely wife Nikki. Made us feel very welcome and enjoyed a lovely chat around the fire pit on the river. Wonderful property with two sites, a distance apart. 5 friendly cow visited us every morning. Dog friendly, easy access for 2 wheel motor home and well maintained and mowed sites. Will definitely return as Bowral as it is only a short drive away with many heritage homes and shops including the Don Bradman oval and museum. Worth a visit. Would recommend this camp and will return. Thanks Vallance!!

Pine Gums is so close to everything but also feels a world away from everyone. From the time you pull in, to the time you leave, the experience at Pine Gums is peaceful, rewarding and one you will always cherish and remember. With so many people coming back time and time again, bringing friends and family, this really does speak for itself. This site was previously a pine forest and was harvested back in 2018. We are clearing some ground for grazing cattle while letting some regrowth come through for the wildlife. We have plenty of kangaroos, possums, wombats just to name a few and an abundance of birdlife. We have multiple options for campers. COMFORT CAMP Our comfort camp has an an undercover BBQ area with seating, a built-in fireplace and gas BBQ. There is also a proper flushing toilet and hot/cold shower, solar lighting and USB charging port. QUICK CAMPS We also have 5 Quick Camp spaces for those self-sufficient campers who want to get away from it all in a quiet neck-of-the-woods. You'll be surrounded by peace and quiet to pull up the van, pitch the tent or roll out the swag. At night, sit and listen to the sounds of silence as you glance up to the stars. This spot feels a world away but still has the convenience of being only 10 minutes off the Hume Hwy and only 20 minutes from Goulburn where you can get all your daily needs. There is plenty of firewood laying around the property for the campfire so bring your saw, cut some wood, and just enjoy. No firewood is to be taken off the property. This campsite is set on lovely grassy open areas interspersed with gum trees. The sunrise looks spectacular near the dam, when the trees give off a lovely glow. The main paddock has a Geodome, a shared space for relaxing in. With all that space, you can park and set up camp anywhere in the paddock. There is access to drinking water, toilets, and a hot shower. Around the dome is a fire pit, drinking water, and a camp kitchen. The fire pit features an Argentinian BBQ and a plate for cooking. The kitchen has plates, cups, cutlery, and other bits and pieces for you to use. We also allow your pets to stay on-site; this includes horses.
