A lovely peaceful place, I really loved meeting all the farm animals and having the cows visit me at the campsite. Lena and her husband were really kind and helpful. My dog loved it too. We will definitely be back to visit again soon.

We booked our stay last minute and were blown away by the warm welcome from Lena. The campsite was spacious, clean, and peaceful. Lena’s hospitality made all the difference, going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful spot to camp.

We visited over Easter as maiden trip for our new van. Nice space, quiet enough and enjoyable. Plenty of free firewood and the hosts are pretty accommodating.

Nice isolated quiet site with plenty fire wood provided. Tony the owner was great and very hospitable. Kids loved the animals especially 'baby' the lama. Taralga Wildlife Park was only 20 mins away for a day out. Overall great camp site and would definitely come back again.

The farm stay was great. My 2 young boys loved the animals especially baby the alpaca who came to visit every evening. Quiet location with a levelled site. Firewood supplied and sites were well spaced.

The Hidden Valleys
It was our first outing in our new van over the Easter long weekend. I’m so glad we found Hidden Valley for our first trip.
Tony met us on arrival and showed us the best way to park our van. Three days of quiet bliss! Plenty of firewood available and you are left to do as much or as little as you like.
Also plenty of open spaces for our dog to roam without annoying the other campers who we could see but didn’t hear.
All in all a great place to stay.

The Hidden Valleys
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was quiet and great for kids / dogs.
The hosts were fantastic and went to the extra effort to show our kids the animals, letting them hold ducklings, puppies and chickens. We were able to pat the cows, goats and Alpacas.
The hosts provided us firewood and were extremely accommodating and kind.
I recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay on Lena and Tony’s property and it was a perfect base to explore the historic towns in the area. Our dog loved it and there was plenty of firewood. Communication with Lena was excellent. Tony is very proud of their property and keen to show and tell you about the animals there, and we felt very welcome. Being big kids, the highlight of Tony’s tour was being able to hold the little, fluffy goslings. And also the baby goats. And the pat the Shetland ponies!

The Hidden Valleys
We had a great weekend away at the Hidden Valley camp site. We had two little dogs with us and felt quite safe to have them off leash. The camp site was nice and flat/grassed area with plenty of space for an open camp fire. Site was surrounded by Aussie scrub which was full of bird life with an occasional curious cow or two who popped in for a visit. There are a few working dogs on site but kept totally seperate from the camping area which was a relief when camping with lap dogs. Easy to find site with big arrows pointing the direction to site which was really helpful when arriving in the dark. Thanks for a great stay 👍👍👍

We stayed in the top flat camp-site with fire and wood provided. The owners were friendly and helpful. If you love cows this is the place for you. They are happy to come and say hello.

Tony and Lena are such a great host, their farm has many interesting animals and he gave us warm intro, we learnt a great deal about how sustainable in his farm going completely off-grid which is amazing! It was a pity that during easter the weather was not so good, it was cold rainy and gusty wind was blowing and unfortunately we have to leave earlier than expected without good prep to warm ourselves. But we sure will visit the place again during spring / summer and hope to visit all the gorgeous baby animals.

Tony was brilliant with our grandchildren showing them all his animals which were mostly hand raised and very friendly . We had a free run of the property and made to feel very welcome. We would definitely stay there again. Great for a family group and just what we were looking for.

We were passing through the area and stayed for one night only. Friendly hosts and lovely property with large prepared site. The family loved seeing and interacting with the animals. A very pleasant stay.

Large area to set up camp.
Only 15mins drive to town if necessary.
Hosts are very attentive and couldn’t have done more to make our stay any better.
Friendly animals, even “Moo” the cow enjoyed a pat.
I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to park up for the Long weekend!

Properly hidden without loads of other campers making noise, only noise is nature. Beautiful place, with the nicest hosts ever. Lent me his torch as I forgot mine, gave us a tour around with the animals. Awesome little goats, cows, sheep and al pacas. Not to mention when we came in Roxy the dog showed us the way to the farm house. Such an incredible weekend to relax will definitely come back.

Beautiful grassy camp site. Surprisingly Telstra mobile reception. Many farm animals. Would be great for kids. Great location between Abercrombie River National Park, Oberon, Taralga, Crookwell and Wombeyan Caves. The host Tony was very friendly, chatty and helpful. We'll definitely come back back here and stay a bit longer. Great and relaxing!
