This place was so peaceful and just what we needed to unwind. We explored Kyogle and found great food in woodenbong. Relaxed and enjoyed the scenery. JB was lovely and welcoming and made sure we could always reach out for anything. It was a perfect place for the pups too! THANKS - will be back.

2 nights at "JALUM" Undulating Farmland!

If you’re going to go to ANY campsite, it’s got to be this one! As someone who camps once a week using Hipcamp, no other spot has topped this for me. The views are absolutely breathtaking and as someone who likes a warm shower and nice bathroom during a stay, Jalum was perfect. It was lovely to be able to cook on a stove and have a fridge to use also! I didn’t expect the animals to be so friendly but it made the stay so much better! It was so much fun being able to hop in the kayak for a paddle and a fish while the sun was setting over the hills. I also think Karen is the most lovely host you’ll meet! She is sweet, accommodating and very generous. If I had more time, I would’ve extended my stay for a few days longer! The property and Karen are so beautiful that I wish I could’ve stayed longer just to help her out on the property. There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing the sites are, you simply just have to check it out for yourself :)

What a beautiful spot and the property. We loved our stay at this property amd set up our tent close to the creek so we could listen to the sound of it in the sleep. Great swimming hole, the toilets and shower are clean. The hosts were lovely, helped us with free wood in his ATV and also got us out of the mud we got oursl car stuck in, lol. Top bloke. Will definitely return for the peace and quiet this place offers. Well laid out signs, grassy area to set up your tent and play.

You will see alot of cleaning up in process to create more options for your stay. We are on a 180 acre cattle farm situated along a running creek with swimming holes. Surrounded by pristine pine trees and natives. We are roughly 15 minutes from all 3 surrounding towns Kyogle, Casino and Lismore. We are also only an hour away from the beach for any day trips planned. Great spot to stop for the night on your trip or stay for a weekend and take in the peace and quiet. We are easy to pull into and can cater for all size vans. Roads are all freshly gravelled and well maintained to cater for 2wd access also. Toilet and Water provided but respect us by taking your own rubbish with you. Beautiful little stream with rapids and rock holes to keep yourself cool in summer. More than welcome to bring hiking shoes, mountain bikes to go explore. As long as you respect the farm rules and if the gate is shut you shut it behind you. No 4wding is permitted on the farm. Animal feeding is an activity we provide with food available to buy for the animals. Firewood is also available to purchase on arrival Dogs allowed on leash, please respect all the other campers on site and generators are welcome to be used but need to be turned off at a respectable time. Tuntable Bush Camp

There is access to a lovely forested walk down to a little creek where you'll find a shady picnic spot to rest and wet your feet. We are 5 mins from The Channon Tavern and General Store with ice and petrol, and many nearby swimming holes, bush walks, and waterdalls. The infamous Protestors Falls on Terania Ck Rd is 20mins away on beautiful winding roads. Eclectic Nimbin is 15 mins up a scenic winding road, and Lismore is 25 mins away for all your larger shopping needs. The popular Channon Craft Markets is on every 2nd Sunday of the month.

Today, it flourishes with a bio-diverse planting of native trees and a bespoke joinery workshop crafting designer furniture. While Figtree Farm has been a camping destination for family and friends for many years and now we're happy to extend this welcome to Hipcampers too. As a starting point for this new venture at Findon Creek we offer 3 sites which are all suitable for larger groups; all situated on grassy open spaces beside the creek. In wet conditions you will need a 4WD to access these sites, though the flats themselves are not boggy. Explore the great outdoors by wandering along our extensive bush tracks and trying your hand at fishing in our farm dam stocked with silver perch. Figtree Farm has an abundance of bird and animal life. Here, tranquillity reigns, save for the occasional serenade of our friendly neighbourhood donkeys and the odd rooster. If you wish to wander further afield, Kyogle is a 30 minute drive away. And there is an all weather tennis court (with lights) nearby at Bundgeam Hall. Figtree Farm at Findon Creek promises opportunities for contemplation, relaxation and fun and it is our wish that you will have many happy memories of your visit here.
