Option 2: From the Centenary Freeway roundabout, at ripley head 21 km along Ripley Road, which continues and changes name to Undullah Road. Since that time I have probably had 2000+ guests enjoy what Coober Pedy Views has to offer. Whilst it remains a rustic type setting, with campers needing to be SELF SUFFICIENT (Flushing LOO with a VIEW is now available for campers without their own) I can offer Power (subject to availability) $10 pn to 6/8 sites. Digging anywhere on the property is forbidden, there are no Opals on CPVs evident when the 3 large garages were dug. Digging softens the ground making it dangerous for avalanches on the embankments and walls especially after rain that creates washouts as you can see on the front embankments. Rainforest Gateway is located approximately 8klms along Grady's Creek Road, just 20 klms north of Kyogle and 15 klms from the Queensland border on the popular scenic tourist route, Lions Road. Kyogle is a bustling town with an IGA supermarket, MTB riding tracks, lovely gift shops, cinema, bowling alley, and a selection of dining outlets. For those wanting to immerse themselves in nature, the Border Ranges National Park is a short drive away. Please note Lions Road is temporarily closed for road repairs and expected to be reopened late January 2026. If your children are yelling and squealing you will all be asked to leave the communal area. - Please supervise your children at ALL times, this is for their safety. Children are not allowed to roam free around the farm without adults. Please ensure your children do not yell, squeal or run whilst around the animals. -Children must be supervised in the communal playground area, The playground is closed for use at 6.pm. - No lighting of campfires. Local Shire and DEFES have very strong rules regarding this, and if lighting of a fire occurs people will be prosecuted by DEFES and the local Shire up to $36000.00 or 3 years imprisonment, -Fabulous communal fire pit open during winter months. No individual site camp fires due to safety of our property, animals and guests. -If you smoke please place your butts in a sealed fire proof container. We are 100% off grid with fresh drinkable borehole water The campsite has lovely green grass, access to the pool and a picnic table, and fire pit. Compost toilet, hot bush shower and rubbish/recycling facilities. We are a small hobby farm with Bee Hives, Dogs, Cats, Chickens (a few roosters) horses, cows and a couple of pet pigs. Weekend Trip to Larapinta

Where do I begin!! Woody fulfilled everything! Scenery was amazing, from a sunset to raining mornings, kangaroos and cows/horses! Easy to navigate, not too far from local shops (Beaudesert), and lots of exploring to do left of larapinta’s driveway up towards Christmas creek! We also met our host Ashley, an amazing person who was good for a chat and gave us good tips and pointers if we wished to do some scenic driving within their acreage. Heater inside kept everything cosy and outdoor heated shower gave us an amazing “off grid” experience. 10/10 reccomend!

I really enjoyed our stay in the couples cabin, the camp is in a stunning location, on top of a hill with views for miles of the surrounding ranges. The Cabin has a bullnose veranda overlooking the dam and picturesque scenery. The campfire was also a highlight on our one night stay. Colin is a very friendly and welcoming host ,we will definitely be back again hopefully for a longer stay.

The cottage has been done so thoughtfully with lots of lovely touches & the kitchen is better equipped than ours. Miniature perfection :) The location is outstanding - so many stars at night, lots of birds - and a python. (No fish though) We saw the two lambs being born & have christened them Larry (white & black) & Lazarus (black with white tail), Lazza for short. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Beautiful place, absoulte gem and must be protected at all cost. The rules are basic leave the place the same or better as you found it, and be respectful. Highly recommend, the cows were friendly and their communal area is well kept with a posh portaloo and hot showers, there is also a small communal kitchen with basic appliances. We stayed in the Woody cabin which is easy 2wd access, the rest of the site is deffinalty 4wd with some steep and rough climbs.

We had such a lovely experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is beautiful, with the creek running nearby, it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. My kids had a great time exploring the surroundings and playing by the creek. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
