Description

If you’ve never been to the Upper McCloud River canyon, you should know it’s kind of like your favorite beer commercial. Cold mountain streams, waterfalls surrounded by mist, baptismal swimming holes, and trout swimming against whitewater rapids and finding their way to your hook. And the camping is pretty sweet to. Cattle Camp campground is one of two developed campgrounds in the Upper McCloud River region, with a swimming hole on-site. Once your set-up, you can get your fire crackling and toast to the stars.
