Welcome to Hawk’s Nest Tionesta RV and Cabin Park, your basecamp for adventure in Northern California. Nestled on 8 acres of scenic high desert and Ponderosa pines, Hawk’s Nest offers a peaceful, outdoorsy setting that blends the rugged beauty of the PNW with the wide-open landscapes of the PNW. Located directly along the Volcanic Scenic Byway, you’re perfectly positioned to explore some of the region’s most unique natural attractions. Just minutes away, you’ll find Lava Beds National Monument, Medicine Lake, and miles of forest land for hiking, exploring, and wildlife viewing. Situated in the heart of Zone X, known as some of California’s best hunting grounds. Hawk’s Nest is a prime destination for hunters, outdoor enthusiasts, and travelers alike. The park features 22 RV sites, including full hookup options, 12 tent sites, and 10 cabins, offering a variety of ways to stay. Guests have access to a camp store, separate male and female restrooms with toilets and showers, a coin-operated laundry facility, and a playground for families. Picnic tables are available throughout the park, and portable water is accessible for dry campers. Backed by forest land and surrounded by nature, Hawk’s Nest is designed to be a comfortable and convenient place to recharge after a day of adventure, whether you’re here for recreation, hunting, or simply to unwind under the stars. Inside, you’ll find a small dining setup and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and stove/oven. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, and dinnerware are all provided, making it easy to prepare simple meals during your stay. Thoughtfully appointed for year-round comfort, each cabin features window A/C units during the summer months and space heaters available throughout all seasons to create a cozy, inviting retreat.
