We have spent 15 years here curating lovely areas to relax, party at and invite others to call it a home away from home. Enjoy the private back acre of our 2-acre parcel. RV parking is separated from the main house by a barn and Morton building. Set up camp overlooking what used to be a grassy yard, but is now a walkable wildflower meadow. Enjoy the meadow paths and entire property's yard. Pets are welcome, but must be leashed at all times - our dog is friendly, but will also be leashed when outside. The house and barn were built in the late 1800s and are currently being restored. There will be no construction activity during your stay, but there may be assorted projects in process visible near buildings. Please do not enter buildings unless accompanied by a property owner. Many restaurants, breweries, distilleries and parks are just minutes away in Bellefonte! When visiting them, we recommend going straight out of our driveway onto Clemens instead of turning right onto Valentine Hill. Valentine has tight turns that are a challenge to navigate in an RV or with a trailer.

The whole experience could not have gone better. The site is near the road, which is convenient, but still secluded. It is well kept and has everything you need. The water, septic and electric are all newer and easy access. The owner, Kevin, made a point to stop by and introduce himself. We would definitely stay at the site again.

Great stay! The cabin was exactly as described and offered the perfect escape from the crowds. The interior was cozy with everything you needed for a stay regardless of timeframe; Theresa was incredibly communicative and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the secluded atmosphere of the cabin and variety of unique animals on property. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for serenity and a unique experience. I can't wait to visit again!

This was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Quietly tucked alongside the creek, the rushing water lulled us to sleep each night. Mark and his family are kind and considerate, checking in on us and making sure that we had all that we needed for a great stay. Then he led me to the campsite AND parked my trailer for me. I can't put into words how thankful I was for his help. Above and beyond doesn't cut it. And the campsite it beautiful!

Super cozy, relaxing, and beautiful surroundings with a kind & responsive host. The bed and the sofa are extremely comfortable, and the in-cabin stove and solar-powered mini fridge are very convenient. The heater keeps the cabin nice and warm on colder nights, too. My husband and I loved having our "mini moon" here, building a campfire, lounging on the porch, walking the trails, and greeting the animals! Would love to come back in the summer.
