Very occasionally we open up our property to general campers and visitors. WE ARE OPENING THE LAND UP THIS EASTER SCHOOL HOLIDAYS!
Camping spots are available in a variety of locations on the property to suit all needs --
1. Budget friendly options (close to the road) x up to 3 sites
2. Accessible-friendly options (on gravel / carpark) WITH TOILET ACCESS x up to 5 sites
3. Secluded scenic nature options (set in the Olive Grove, overlooking the wetland / plantation, at the private back-half of the property) x up to 10 sites
4. Powered Site(s) with Ablution facilities (shower, toilet, washing machine) options. x up to 2 sites
5. Beautifully renovated vintage caravan (comfortable double bed, one king single, one small single), fully contained kitchen, x up to 1 available
6. Large camper-trailer with pull out kitchen next to ablution block. Double bed x up to 1 available
Every morning we open up our Main Hall to campers as well - with barista made coffee available from local coffee producers ($5 donation), an extensive library with classical furniture and conservatory style gardens, we also have Award Winning Olive Oil for sale for $15 for guests, as well as various products such as organic, wild-foraged regeneratively farmed fresh eggs (you can include in your booking to have for your breaky!) and chicken meat, and soon fresh milk from our cow! Subject to availability.
We are 2 families, with small children --
Sam + Cleo, with a 2 year old.
Raf + Sarah, with a 4 and 6 year old.
We have a number of friendly dogs on the farm - Henry, Max and Chopper who may visit you. We are pet-friendly, however your dogs / pets must be friendly too (and not roaming), and fine with wildlife / other farm animals.
Quiet camping only - no parties (unless prior arranged). Events can be catered for, however notice and agreement is required first. Excessive noise and disruption will not be tolerated otherwise. Neighbours must be respected.
Unless booking a Site with Toilet / Ablution Access - ALL visitors must be completely self-contained (BYO toilets and leave with waste, etc). There are no dump points on site, however there are some nearby in Vasse and Busselton - which are both 5-7 minute drives. Please be prepared to "LEAVE NO TRACE". Absolutely NO toilet paper in the bushes, okay.
TOTAL FIRE BAN still in effect (it hasn't rained in 6 months - fire danger is real).

We are a stress free zone just a 1.5 hour drive from Perth where you can take time out to bring yourself back to nature. We have huge open spaces and amazing country fresh air and range free kangaroos, birds and wildlife. Take a bush walk to fully immerse yourself into the natural beauty of our property.
Our bush setting is perfect for those who want to pitch a tent and nestle into nature.
We have open paddocks with old peppermint tree’s that are perfect for those with Van’s and RV’s. All our sites are well spaced for your privacy and tranquility. Perron Estate is a working farm where you will see cattle grazing and you can meet our 3 Highland cow’s they are adorable and you can come feed them $10.00 per person add to your booking checkout.
There is a large fresh water dam to cool off in or paddle on bring your canoe’s and in the evenings you can enjoy the night and gaze up at the star filled sky. We are close to the amazing Brunswick historic pub, which is a must visit as the food is amazing best pub grub around.
We are within easy reach of the Wellington National Park where you will find a number of excellent hiking and riding trails. It is also home of the Wellington Dam which has a 8,000-square-metre mural spread across the dam wall, it is well worth a visit. We are 15 minutes from Bunbury which has plenty of great cafes and beautiful beaches.

Our 2.5 acre property in Dardanup West is a beautiful green space of mostly level grass with some lovely large shade trees. We are surrounded by other small holdings with farm animals including chickens (and roosters), sheep, horses and cows. We also have lots of wildlife including Kangaroo's, Ducks, Ibis, Black Cockatoos and many other birds frequenting or passing through.
We back onto Gavins Gully which is an idyllic creek running through ex-farm land. The creek is a great place to spend time with your children making boats from sticks and leaves and watching them sail away. Or maybe enjoy a picnic by the creek and just relax in the tranquillity. There's plenty of happy memories to be made!
We get lovely sunsets and if you are up early enough, beautiful sunrises. The evenings are always stunning with dappled light coming through the trees! It is magical and our favourite time of the day when everything is cooling down in summer. Enjoy taking an evening walk by the creek and along the bridal trail or just sitting back and enjoying the sounds of nature with some nibbles and drinks. Make sure to look up at night and soak it all in.
Listening to the wind rustling in the trees is one of our favourite sounds and the kookaburras calling in the morning and evenings. We also love to watch and listen to all the different bird callings - you may hear a Boobook owl calling to a mate!

We don't have any toilet facilities onsite so you must bring your own. There is a dumpsite located in Dardanup (5 minutes away) at the information bay by the railway line and little church.
We provide running bore water by tap and an outdoor kitchen sink by our back fence where you will be camping (cold water only). The water is safe to drink and wash dishes in.
There’s a rustic outdoor shower (cold water only at this stage). We would love to offer our guests hot and cold showers and a composting toilet one day. These are our goals and the money we make from Hipcamp goes towards achieving these and making your stay more comfortable and sustainable. :)

Please note we live here too so you will see us around. Our kids are free spirited and love coming to say hello! Being ex-farm land, it's generally an open environment, but we don't have neighbours too close by (100m+). We ask that campers don't make lots of noise after sunset and please avoid shining torches towards our home or our neighbours.
NOTE: The camp area is in full view of our home, but we try to respect your privacy.

Amber Ridge Estate

Redgum Hill
Nestled in amongst the red gums on an elevated position near the edge of the property, you will be camping next to the old hay shed. The birdlife here is amazing, with red tailed cockatoos and honeyeaters amongst others frequently visiting.
Please take care whilst exploring around this area, there are some deep rabbit warrens around the hay shed, which can be hidden in the grass in winter.

Valley Vista
Valley Vista is a private and secluded haven, on an elevated spot backed onto state forest looking down over the valley, with arguably the best views of the farm.

Creek Junction
Creek Junction is a peaceful area by the creek line nestled in amongst the trees, where the gully running down the hill meets the creek. One of our three dams is hidden in amongst the tea tree bushes nearby. You can see the house from this campsite, but it is far enough away that privacy is not an issue.
This site has no facilities, self-contained campers/vans only.
Please be aware, all of our dams are seasonal and will be very low in the summer months. We also recommend that you do not swim in them.
Shed Pad with bathroom
Shed Pad is a powered site (15 amp) situated next to the main shed with bathroom facilities, including a flushing toilet. This site is relatively flat, perfect for a couple of tents or two medium/one large caravan. It overlooks neighbouring paddocks and state forest.
Please note, this site has a two-night minimum stay requirement. Base price covers two people.

I have a relatively attractive, quiet property with shady, mowed, relatively level paddock and easy access. The Property is located 5 minutes from Geographe Bay (1.5km as the crow flies) and 8 min drive to Busselton CBD and our infamous jetty.
Busselton hosts a wonderful array of cafe's, bars and restaurants. Close by are magic beaches, caves and numerous wineries and breweries.
Well behaved, non barking dogs permitted. Plse keep restrained unless in the exercise paddock, as a courtesy to other guests.
There is a great pooch friendly fenced paddock where they can have a run, chase a ball without fear of running off. Also a smaller run. Plse pick up poo!
NO CHECKINS AFTER 6.30PM unless previously arranged at time of booking plse.
Guests MUST be fully self contained with their own toilet and shower facilities and must take all waste with them on departure. No dumping of waste (grey water is fine) on property. NO EXCEPTIONS, sorry.
Please top up your WATER PRIOR TO ARRIVING....thank you. NO FIRES OR OPEN FLAMES WHATSOEVER during our summer shire fire restrictions season. Our neighbours value their homes.

There is no set check in or out time unless there is a site crossover day. I try to keep it as relaxing as possible but plse adhere to before 6.30 or advise time as it is disturbing not just for me but other campers. TIA.
Entry is via the SECOND driveway on the right if coming from Busselton side, with green colourbond fence. After coming through gates swing hard left directly into the camping paddock. It is very easy access. Camp sites are designated with vertical tape on the fence and a number. Please park between vertical tapes on site number assigned.
Please back into your site and park car across front of van in front, there is plenty of space (not on the side), to give you all plenty of room between vans.
If it is holiday season I will allocate a camp site number, so plse ask if not sure. Off season pretty much camp where you like.

The property is the first right just off the Bussellton Highway, the
sound of the highway isn’t as bad as expected, the highway goes through a man made valley/gully and we are on a hill.
There are no facilities here, campers need to be self sufficient.

There are plenty of walking trails and bike tracks in the locality to explore, they also run adjacent to a large freshwater ski lake.
