Check out us on Instagram @glencairnestate We have a coffee trailer at the entrance of the property - serving premium coffee every morning 6am to 1 pm. Check the cafe out at @highwaymyocum Just 8 km from Byron Bay - 10 minutes drive along a scenic country road, with gentle hills around and magical views. Near all the Byron incredible activities, such as great restaurants, waterfalls, beaches. Well positioned between the beaches of Byron Bay and Brunswick Heads. Incredible privacy and quiet. There are goats (with babies) in a paddock next to Site 2, and a horse paddock with 6 horses. We do have a water tap though to fill your tanks and a couple of electric plugs to charge your essentials (check the small old shed close to Site 1). We have 6 different sites for caravan and RVs/ tents. It is a former cattle farm that is being currently reforested to the original Big Scrub rainforest. The proceeds from Hipcamp are used to reforest the land. PLEASE make sure to take your garbage away and remember the campsites are for fully contained campers only (no toilets on site). You NEED to be fully contained to stay in the property. You can enjoy walking around and explore the magic sunsets of the Byron Hinterland. There are a few billabong/ creeks and a mowed nature walk path.

On a lush 286 acres backing onto Border Ranges National Park, we are surrounded by 3kms of creek with flowing slopes and beautiful sunset views of Mt Lindesay. For campers we are focusing on around 30 acres and spots close to Sawpit Creek would be ideal to set up camp. Bring your tent, swag or caravan and park up next to our beautiful Sawpit creek. Perfect for a swim! Currently there's a picnic table and some seating areas. We will be building a compost toilet and large BBQ area soon! Drinking water is available, and at the moment we are welcoming only self-contained campers who bring their own camping toilet/shower. Your pet is welcome to camp with you. Our property backs onto Border Ranges National Park! And you can see Mt Lindesay from our property, so bring your camera! It's 15 min to Wiangaree and 35 min to Kyogle. The camping area is 2WD accessible but you will have to cross some creeks. You should be ok in the 2WD as the creek crossing has a small incline and decline. We welcome caravans, campervans and camper-trailers/ tents. You may see us pass by the camping area from time to time. We are a friendly as 😊 and invite you to have a coffee or beer with us. There's no internet by the creek but you're more than welcome to connect to the wifi at our shack up the hill. No campfires please.

Sarah's place is superb. Fabulous views across the valley to the mountains opposite. Abundant birdlife. Swaggers and Mango sites may have the best views, but we had Abrahams - which also has great views, but benefits from having lots of privacy. The nearest other site was maybe 100 metres away. Only four sites on a huge property. I loved the copious supply of free firewood. We had a fire each night. It was so peaceful. Hardly any bother from mozzies or midges. There may be no showers, but we really enjoyed our stay here. After some harsher nights camping up in Queensland, Sarah's place restored our faith in camping as a peaceful, soulful way to spend ones evenings, nights and days. Superb. Thank you, Sarah,

We absolutely loved Ballina nature resort , we took our camper along with our 3 Dogs it was a lovely quite stop to unwind .Off leash park for fur babies .we loved it so much we extended our stay twice while we were there lovely staff .You can kick back and unwind with the waves crashing on the foreshore only a short walk away ,only down side for us is we couldn’t take our dogs on the beach near camp and had to drive 15mins up the road to patches beach which was spectacular and worth the trip every afternoon. Amenities -clean and modern with so many improvements happening with Extended the park , we will be back next year for sure .Also has a lot to offer those with Kids the pool ,waterpark ,,volleyball ,games, go -carts all the things you would expect at resort .

This is a really beautiful place - the view when we came out of our tent in the morning was stunning and the pitches make the most of it - we had a wonderful time sat around the fire pit listening to the birds and enjoying the peace and tranquility - - Sarah is a great host and gave us details of places to eat - walking trails etc - we will definitely be back

Absolutely beautiful site with incredible views!! Flat, shady, grassy site with firewood. Super peaceful and so many birds! Sarah and Scott were so lovely and welcoming, and checked in to make sure I was ok when a big storm rolled through. Will be visiting again!!

Just spent a couple of days at Suzanne and Paul's farm. Cows on 200 acres The camp area is quite small. That said perfect with fantastic coffee and cafe on site and super clean toilet facilities all to ourselves. Owners and their staff working in the cafe were super friendly and very easy going. Decent pub just down the road and Pottsville 10 mins by car. Northern rivers rail track is a stone throw away.

We stayed for three nights and can highly recommend camping here. Rob and Suzanne couldn't be more welcoming. You have to try the cheeses make on the premises, we didn't find a bad one. So good... Easy access to the rail trail and a great spot to camp up for a base than explore this beautiful region.

Had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Sarah’s Farm. It was easy to find and only about 45 minutes from the Gold Coast. The property is surrounded by beautiful countryside, with complimentary firewood and loo facilities provided. Sarah is a lovely and welcoming host — highly recommend for a quiet country escape!
