We arrived Sunday and were greeted by our host who was nice. The ranch was nice
Unfortunately the campsites were out in the open (no privacy at all) and very close to horse barns ,feet away from hoof, foot and motorized vehicle traffic. The view anyway you looked was either mobile homes,barns or sheds. I am a horse person and know how noisy stabled horses are in the middle of the night
We did not stay and lost our $66
I messaged her and kindly asked for a refund due to lack of privacy, She refused and said we made a wise choice not to stay as it was super busy during the week
With that said it maybe be fun for someone who doesnt mind no privacy at all , can sleep thur loud noises and wants to watch people ride horses

We booked for 1 night ended up staying a whole week.
Beautiful well kept land. Lovely hosts . Rural but still close to town, beaches ect
