Really nice space near a seasonal creek. My first time using Hipcamp and I enjoyed it. I'm usually a crusty camper that goes for BLM land but my partner is the opposite (we'll get there). The site is not very "wild", since it has bathroom, outdoor lights (if you want them), and the host has a home about 500 feet away. In our case, we wanted something like this, so it was perfect. The whole site is beautiful and quiet. The bathroom is incredible--clean and bright, with plants and copper details. The host, April, was fantastic and gave us fresh eggs from her hens, kindling, firewood, and a sweet note with recommendations. The campfire is taller (to prevent wildfires I imagine) so keep that in mind if you plan to cook, make a tall fire. Even though the host provided firewood, I recommend buying some from a nearby store or bring an axe to chop it further. Thanks April--Would camp here again!
