Dax was very responsive and accommodating. He let me hook up to electric so that I could have A/C in my camper. It was a short walk down to the Medina River, which was very refreshing and flowing nicely (about 2.5-3 ft. deep). The old dance hall had a string of lights you could turn on at night, with a game of corn hole set up. A hiking trail would be a nice addition.

Jason W.has mixed feelings towards this listing.
Nice grounds and accommodations for what I needed. Host was responsive and professional. I chose my particular site because it was adjacent to some green space, though I barely had room for my 13' pop-up camper and compact car. I wish the nature trail was maintained, but I suspect it's been difficult to clear after the winter storm in February. Price was a little more than I expected since there is no bathroom available.

This was a great RV site! Easy access to Medina River just down the hill. At the campsite was a picnic table, fire ring, and deck with chairs overlooking the river. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Several deer visit the campsites each night. Plenty of shade from the oak trees. Nice respite from the summer heat.

The Medina River is very refreshing and a lot of fun, offering a couple nice bends to explore. Several deeper pools of water along the river allowed me to get all the way in and swim with my dog, who really enjoyed jumping from a rock outcropping. The water flowed at a nice pace, allowing kayaking and tubing. Other than that, camping was a breeze. Nice trees along river. There is a two-lane road that borders the camping area, so there will be some traffic, though not objectionable. I would definitely return for the river.

Logan was very communicative and friendly. She lent me ice packs when my camper fridge stopped working. The river was very refreshing and kept me and my dog cool for hours. Beautiful farmstead. I would go back.
