Third time at this site. It just got better and better. The campsite was upgraded with Porta potty and camp shower. Using a garden hose with spray attachment is refreshing 😀
The campsite was peaceful for the most part. I enjoyed the thumping sounds of the host? practicing heavy metal solo on the drums. Such a amazing woman in so many ways. The hosts also exercised their 2A by having a little target practice near their pond. In a safe manner of course. Wish the best for Rita and her plans.
Past trip
in James & Patricia's Oasis, OregonThe Serenity campsite was wonderful. The hosts met me at the site and got all the extras setup. Installed the fire pit, brought the BBQ grill and an order of fire wood. The compost W/C was nice a close and lit with solar lights, I was the path to the campsite. At night it was nice and peaceful, of course you have all the standard wildlife sounds, but hey, your in the woods!. A little rural road noise on a nearby gravel road. When servicing of the W/C was needed the host were very quick to answer my request. The site is relatively close to town of Banks for supplies and dinning.

Douglas H.has mixed feelings towards this listing.
The campsites themselves are good and have everything you need. One thing I consider a extra was a hammock already waiting for you in the trees. The site are in the middle of thick pine trees. Makes spots totally seculded. The roads to campsites are rough unimproved tracks across the farm pasture, so trucks or other off road vehicles to be safe.
The main house area is in a condition that will make second guess your selection. But press on Hipcamper, the campsites are good to great.
The host came by to check on everything once, but other wise was busy working the farm.
I enjoyed my stay.😊

Overall, this property is a nice location. Has some wide open spaces for pitching a tent or two. The views are nice, Oh, and the farm fields and foothills in the background are scenic also. The property is a working stable, not much farming going on. The porta potty is near the stables and some distance from the campsites.

Past trip
Above the Willamette Valley
in K & M Tree Farm, OregonThis is a good site in a pinch. It is as advertised. It's walk if vehicle bigger than a compact or small truck. Pack in pack out. GPS get kinda confused so follow hosts written direction. Close to Scapoose and North Plains for supplies and meals. Camp toliet so can't be a cry baby.😀

Douglas hasn't gone on any trips yet.
Hipcamp Hosts can leave an optional review of their Hipcampers after the trip is completed. This is where those reviews from Hipcamp Hosts will appear.

in Dairy Creek Stables and Farm, OregonUpgrades for camp.
This was my second stay at this location and Host Rita greeted me after my text per specific instructions. This was in addition to her horse training work. I noticed that an additional Porta potty and camp shower we're placed closer to campsites. Host showed me options for shower use. The cold shower came just in time.
The campsite was recently mowed making it easier to see uneven ground. I enjoyed sitting on the pond deck sipping vino and waiting for photo opportunities. The hosts are busy all day with stable/property upkeep, so lots of privacy. Once and a while you will see Rita ride by on a horse.
The site is the most convenient , due to being between two towns. Food and recreation close by.
Will visit again soon.
