in Leelanau LOVE! Rustic charm <3, MichiganGreat for kids
This rustic cabin worked out well for us. It definitely still felt like camping but kept us out of the weather. The beds were very comfortable! The kids loved the bunk beds and the vintage toys. We cooked over the fire and did the Dune Climb at nearby Sleeping Bear Dunes. This was just a short last-minute trip for us, but I would definitely like to come back and explore the area more. Angela was a great host - very informative and responsive. Thanks!
Kankakee River Cabin
in Kankakee River Cabin, IllinoisWe had a great time!
We had a great time at this cabin. Itâs nice and spacious, with great river access. My husband and I stayed here with our 2 kids (7 year old and baby). There is a double bed in one bedroom and a twin bed in the other, with plenty of room for travel crib or air mattresses. We took our 7 year old out in a kayak, and it was really fun. During our visit the river was pretty low and very peaceful.
