Room With A View
in Room With A View, MinnesotaBeautiful site!
Gorgeous campsite- the views were stunning, and the campsite was nice and secluded away from the road. Very peaceful, and we'll happily go back again!
One note about finding the campsite- the side road that you can park on is actually on the OPPOSITE side of the main road from the trailhead leading to the campground. Took us a bit to figure that out, since there are also a couple trailheads that appear to lead away from the parking area at the bottom of the hill. So, if you park at the bottom of the hill, walk back up to the main road and then across it and west about 100 feet and you'll see the sign leading back into the trees!
Site 1 - #2 & #3 Northern Lights Homestead
in Wooded Creek Farm, MinnesotaAmazing gem!
Can't say enough good things about our stay here! The directions to get there were spot on, and the hosts were friendly and welcoming from the moment we drove onto the property. The location was stunning, peaceful, and had the perfect balance between seclusion and not requiring us to backpack our belongings through the woods! We had our german shepherd with us, and this was an awesome spot for her first time camping. Room to sniff, but not overwhelming or too close to lots of other noisy campers. We would camp here again in a heartbeat, and recommend it to anyone looking for a lowkey, gorgeous trip!
