This spot is so beautiful!! We got in a little before sunset just as the clouds were collecting in the valley below and the sky was a stunning mix of hues. There’s a little cabin with a porch that is perfect to relax on and a super clean composting toilet. Wood was provided and we had a fire in the fire pit— bring marshmallows!! The hosts are both really nice and came to greet us and showed us the cabin on the property they rent on air bnb which would be also lovely if you’re looking for a more “glamping” experience. Look no further!

This spot is right on a fairly busy road with cars passing pretty regularly throughout the night. Honestly I think that’s fine and it worked for me because the location was convenient for me, but it’s definitely something I would have liked to know before hand. If you’re looking for a charming night of private beautiful camping, look elsewhere. If you need a spot to rest your head on a roadtrip and you brought earplugs this is your spot!
