This is a tucked away gem of a property with beautiful mountain views and plenty of privacy. Victoria and her husband were friendly and were kind enough to show us around the property a bit so we could meet the kitties, horse, and pigs.
The RV space is large and easy to pull in and out of. It was a quiet and peaceful night of sleep. We would definitely return if in the area.

Amazing place to stay!! The hosts were so wonderful and let our kids feed a carrot to their horses. Beautiful property with amazing sunset views. We will definitely be returning if we in the area again!

We followed the directions easily enough. Just a few miles off the highway and on our route north. However, we pulled in to no host to greet us and were left to figure out where to park on our own. Since I didn't know the photo of the horse camper was not where we were supposed to park, I was confused, as there was no marked spot, just the a big drive. We tried texting our host with no success. Later we learned she was out hiking and out of cell range, but a simple email informing us of this and where to park would have been helpful. Instead I received a message telling me to disconnect their trailer and hook up. Something I didn't feel like fooling with after 8 hours on the road. So we parked in the spot which is in their driveway and I didn't bother hooking up. We disconnected the water hose the next morning in order to top off my tank and dumped our black tank. The picnic table is next to the outlet, not a pleasant placement. They did have a nice patio off their house that we used to rest. When they finally came in, their talking and car doors woke me up. My traveling companion went out and spoke with them. If you are hauling horses this is a perfect site and price. If you're just passing through this is a good place to perch. However, the lack of privacy is not conducive to staying longer and perhaps a slight discount if you're not using the horse hotel. The grounds were immaculate and the resident horses were extremely polite and friendly. I didn't personally meet Stanley the pig, but he's apparently friendly too. Again, if you're hauling horses, this is an ideal location. They had a separate pen/stalls for guests looked clean and safe for your crew.
