Lynn was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, would stop her busy day to answer questions or ask if you need anything, and opened nearly her whole home as well as everything outside. You can tell she takes great pride in her home and area & it she seems to constantly be making improvements. We will for sure be back!
The sunsets were beautiful from the farthest point of her backyard, where a fun:unique community fire pit area is placed. The cows were friendly haha and the trees she’s planted are beautiful & not the typical UT trees. I also loved the swings that can be fun for adults as well.
Our second night there a storm was blowing in, though it never rained, the wind gusts were over 20mph and our yurt was extremely comfortable and we could hardly tell from inside the wind was so strong outside.

Lynne was a fantastic host and incredibly accommodating. She really makes you feel welcomed. The tent was very comfortable and the ranch had a delightful atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone going to the area.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. What a beautiful experience to meet Lynnellen and be welcomed in that home.
The tent on the trampoline is such a funny idea, and I slept great. I fell asleep to the sound of the rain and woke up to the songs of birds. Paradise stuff.
But the best part is Lynnellen being a 10/10 host. I wish I had spent more time there, enjoying and helping in that house.

The location was very peaceful, the views were stunning and the hookup was self explanatory. Our host was lovely and had a whole breakfast set up where she made us a fresh cooked breakfast. She had everything we could’ve needed and ensured we were looked after. Will definitely be visiting again.

The Wanderer Parking Site
The host went the extra mile to accommodate all of our needs. The view was incredible and the breakfast, which we didn’t expect, just made the visit that much more enjoyable.

We camped in our Class B van with our corgi. Lynn was so nice and we chatted with her for a while and learned about the place and all she was doing. She was very helpful and we felt right at home. We had a great night's sleep and Lynn made us coffee and tea in the morning and gave us eggs for our trip down to Moab.

I was contacted by the host who offered to upgrade me to one of the BnB rooms within the house due to the 12 degree temperatures that night! It was such a kind gesture for her to put my comfort above the worth of the room. We were unable to meet in person, but the host was a very good communicator over the phone Thanks so much for your kindness.

We LOVED tent camping at Lynn’s. It was a beautiful, loving and magical space, where you can truly relax, play, enjoy great company, eat delicious breakfast, and take in a lovely view. It’s a gem of a space. Thank you for makin it more than expected!

I loved the experience of the tramp tent! My 4 year old loved that we were sleeping in a tent, on a trampoline.
Lynnellen’s hospitality is absolutely above and beyond!! She is so caring and makes you feel like you are part of the family. Her breakfast is amazing!
She kept my baby full with her snacks :)

Lynn has created a warm and lovely community in her home. It feels like visiting family. Tents are relatively close together and the best bathrooms are inside, so be ready for communal living! Breakfast was home cooked and hot every morning and Lynn and her family look out for everyone like their own (she kept tabs on us while we went on a strenuous hike to make sure we returned safe). My friend and I loved our stay here and would return!

Lynnellen’s place was great! Like camping in my grandma’s yard when I was a kid, but with a way better view. Comfy tent and she thought of providing everything! Really accommodating and great hospitality- I had a slice of homemade pie when I got in and she cooked me breakfast before I left even though it was early. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend. Thank you for everything.

we had an amazing time at the rockin Robbins ranch! Lynnellen was a fantastic host and the entire place felt like a home away from home for the short time we stayed. from amazing sunsets to delicious breakfasts we were absolutely delighted by this cozy bed and breakfast. we will definitely be returning and soon!

Absolutely amazing host!! My partner, dog and I stayed here on our road trip to Oregon (passing thru from Colorado) and I wish we could have stayed longer. Lynnellen was the sweetest host, extremely welcoming. We felt right at home. She gave us a quick tour even with getting in super late, and made sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. We slept great and even had hot tea and a hot homemade breakfast in the morning before continuing on our trip. Took a hot outdoor shower, which was such a unique experience! The dry outhouse was super clean and the indoor bathroom was also nice to use to brush teeth/have running water if needed. Couldn’t speak highly enough about this unique stay, lots of good vibes for sure! Would love to stay again if we happen to be in the area. Highly recommend!!

What a good place to visit! Lynn has an incredible property, but what is even better is her endless hospitality. It's truly a camping bed and breakfast, and we really really loved our time there. The property was clean and felt safe, the yurt was clean and comfortable, and it was just a really wonderful experience. 10/10 would visit again!

Comfy bed in a cute tent -- in a little backyard "village" of a few other tents and an outdoor shower. Lynnellen's house is open to all for indoor bathroom, shower, and her generous breakfast spread. What a sweetheart!

This was a fun and whimsical spot. It’s pretty cool to sleep in an outdoor tent with its own WiFi and AC. Lynnellen was a wonderful host and cooked us some of the freshest, most delicious eggs we’ve ever had! Thank you!

Wow! I really can't say enough great things about Lynn, her property, or her family. We ended up making a last minute booking for a Saturday night after a different accommodation fell through, and she made us feel welcome right from the start by letting us come check in early and even feeding us breakfast when we arrived. We had friends who were planning on camping nearby somewhere, but ended up booking another tent on her property as soon as I sent them the listing because they too wanted to experience the ranch!
The tents were incredibly cozy and comfortable, and we spent most of our Saturday hanging out in the tent due to thunderstorms, which was remarkably peaceful. There are a ton of lovely amenities on the property, such as grills, an outdoor shower, a large firepit, swings, plenty of tables and seating throughout, and multiple bathroom options. Lynn goes out of her way to accommodate guests and make sure they have everything they could possibly want. There are chickens and cows on the property, and one of her daughters was staying the weekend as well and had the cutest dogs.
The accommodations themselves are unique and special, with multiple options to suit a variety of travel styles. The property had tons of mint with Lynn's Italian honey bees flying around (so cute!), gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and even a bit of Utah lake, and was right next to Rowley's Red Barn, which had fantastic apple cider slushes. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

I loved staying at Lynnellen’s land! She is so attentive and always available if we had any questions. It is such a beautiful property, would 10/10 recommend! She even made us a beautiful home cooked breakfast in the morning!

This property is absolutely beautiful. A great view of the city in the distance, but it’s secluded and well-maintained. The tent we stayed in was clean and comfortable and the host was more than friendly. Breakfast in the morning makes you feel like you’re welcomed plus it was delicious. I will be recommending this spot to everyone I know. The space and setup is amazing and the hospitality was absolutely the cherry on top.

We enjoyed our stay at the boho wanderer. Lynne, the host made us felt at home and made sure that we had a nice stay. We stayed there for two nights. It was very hot while we were there, but there was a/c in the yurt, so we were comfortable, specifically at night. The yurt was exactly as described. There is an outhouse and an outdoor shower if you don't feel like using the toilet and shower in the host's house. We thought that the yurts were nicely layed out and decorated. There is a picnic table and chairs by the yurt, so you can enjoy your lunch and/or dinner outdoor, especially during the sunset. Lynne provides breakfast and she'll also provide graham crackers marshmallows and chocolate for smores, if you feel like having a bonfire. It was too hot for us to have a bonfire, so we didn't get to do the smores. Also, if you're a tea person like me, you'll have a huge selection to choose what kind of tea you'd like to drink. All in all, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the Magical Bell Tent was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment we arrived, Lynn, the hostess, was exceptional—always available and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The shaded area under the trees was perfect for relaxing, and we had a blast BBQing chicken and corn. The campfire was the highlight of our evening, where we enjoyed making s'mores and sharing stories.

We really enjoyed our little clamping trip on the ranch! I say clamping because everything was so convenient, from the cooling fan in the tent, lamps/chairs/tables/cooler for our use and having grills ready to use for cooking and even Lynnellen being so awesome to cook us great breakfasts. She even let us know that the Scottish festival was going on the weekend we were there so we got to check that out! It was very relaxing and we plan on going back!
