Great quiet place - we’ve stayed here several times and enjoy being out in the Missouri countryside. Just off the highway so great for a cross country trip. Several flat tent spots to choose from and the grass was recently mowed where the sites are. We were the only ones here mid-week.

We’ve stayed here several times now and it’s always peaceful and quiet. Beautiful full moon and lots of fireflies! A short distance off the interstate so it works perfect for our cross-country trips. There are several nice flat areas for
our tent and the site is always recently mowed. Only one other campsite was occupied. Doug always stops in to welcome us and answer any questions we have about the site or places to explore In the area. We will return again.

A return visit for us! This is a great spot to overnight on our cross-country road trips. It’s a short scenic drive from the interstate and we had the spot to ourselves. Open sky nighttime views with a beautiful moon. There were many nice flat grassy tent spots and Doug stopped by to make sure we were settled in. Will come again next time we’re through—

This was a great spot and we had it all to ourselves! The location was perfect for a quick overnight while driving across country- a short drive off the interstate. You are quickly out in the country and it is quiet and relaxing. The owls calling were a great reason to be awoken during the night! The grass was recently mowed and there were several nice level tent sites. Doug was a great host and stopped in to make sure we were all set with no questions or concerns- he also helped us out with some local tree identification. We would definitely stop here again.
