This spot exceeded our expectations. K was a great host and surprised us with a welcome basket of beverages, towels, an electric hook up, use of a grill, and A HOT OUTDOOR SHOWER. We expected only cold water so that was amazing. There was plenty of space to set up our tent, build a nice size fire, gather wood, and direct access to Ocala National Forest was only a few steps away. She was very responsive host and more than helpful.

This place far exceeded our expectations on so many levels! The A-frame was a nice change from tent camping. We did not have to lug a tent or a lot of gear because there was a fire pit with chairs and a picnic table, a sink with hot and cold water, a small fridge for use, along with a coffee maker! Not to mention a bathroom with a hot shower. The bed was comfy and there was a lamp with an outlet for charging which we didn't expect. Talk about camping luxury. The 4 acres housed a larger a-frame, an olive grove, and their shop where you can purchase hand made soaps or sample different olive oil and balsamic vinegars. Yummy! The hosts were the best. Denise gave us the tour when we arrived and Deidre answered any and all of questions super quick. The location was pretty close to the Chazawitzka river where we went kayaking, fishing, and swimming in the springs. We would recommend this place to anyone and we will be back!
