EcoShire Standard Tent Sites #8
in Down-to-Earth Ecoshire, CaliforniaLoved it!
Had a wonderful stay at the Eco Shire. Jim & Dawn were wonderful hosts. Very cool set up and the kids had a great time playing in the pool and feeding the goats. We enjoyed the shade of the big tree, and learning about their set up and plans for the future orchard. Quiet at night. Highly recommend!
Eagles Nest | Glamping in San Diego
in Glamping in San Diegoâs Backcountry, CaliforniaMy first glamping experience!
I actually stayed at the Blue Jay camp after being upgraded by Shantel! I was staying alone so couldnât justify the larger camp space, but when she offered it, I couldnât refuse!
I loved everything about this glamping experience. At this time of year (Oct) itâs cold in the mountains at night, but fires arenât allowed either. Honestly, I didnât miss or need a fire. I was able to get away at a moments notice, because everything is ready at the campsite for you. The buddy heater plus all the bedding there, and my little camping heating pads were all I needed to stay warm and cosy.
Shantel was professional and courteous. She made sure I had everything I needed and the whole space was charming. Every detail has been considered, all the way down to the caddy for the shower filled with shampoos and lotions.
The kitchen tent is amazing. I loved the griddle, that made cooking and clean up so easy. Itâs just so organized and thatâs often what makes camping a nightmare for me⌠not knowing where anything is, searching through everything constantly! This experience makes it so you donât need to do any of that.
Highly recommended⌠I could go on and on really, the tree hammocks are amazing, the hikes beautiful and serene, bird life is amazing! Acorn Woodpeckers at the Blue Jay site were busy working all day, which I loved.
Thanks so much for a great experience!
Site 1 - Wolf Moon
in Moon Ridge, CaliforniaRelaxing
My 8-yro son and I had a great 48-hrs of tent camping âroughing itâ at the âWolf Moonâ and exploring some of the 80-acres or rugged trails and boulder formations. Kimm and Gerry were very friendly, pro-active hosts with great vibes! Thanks again!
