This is an empty field behind an abandon (under construction) building next to a busy road. It might be good to park your RV on, but not your tent. It looked like a junk yard. I think this spot needs to be cleaned up a bit before considering it a "hip camp"
Maybe it is just not ready.
On the positive side, the host was responsive.

Great and unique spot! When do you get to spend the night in a water tank?
Nice views of the valley while you have a fire and cook dinner. The camp spot was dialed in with everything you need. And a super clean outhouse for an added bonus!
