I would rate this AAA+.. Amazing Views, Amazing Location, Amazing Spot + Amazing Host. It really does not get any better than this. We would wake up and enjoy coffee on the beach that was right out our door. We had incredible views and The Sound and the islands. Incredible sunsets. I just cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this camp spot. We have been traveling in our 5th wheel for about a month and this has been our favorite spot so far.

Barking Dogs and terrible cell service for AT&T and Verizon. The spot was nice and clean, but there were two large white dogs next door that did not stop barking the whole time we were there and the cell service was between zero bars and 1 bar. I unfortunately have to work off and on while I am traveling and even though I was told
that there was Verizon cell service I did not realize that it was terrible. The host Vicky was very nice. It’s in the middle of a quiet neighborhood which we liked. No close access to river, we walked around and it all seemed to be private property next to river. You would probably have to drive several minutes to access river. The dog barking and the cell service was bad enough that we had to leave after our first day even though we paid for two nights.

Very nice place, simple in the middle of a field with horses around. We loved this place better than the RV parks and other camp grounds. You had allot of space between you and the next rig and it was very clean… for a field. Plus I had full signal of Verizon LTE and AT&T. We really liked everything.
