Make sure you get there early to get a spot next to the water. We went in February and it was great to have the campsite pretty empty. I feel like in summer it won't be as nice because it will probably be crowded with motor boats.

Camped in February. Beautiful campsite! Can get a little chilly under the trees this time of year. You can pay for campsites with a card but need cash to buy wood.
