Shady Oak Car Camping (Site 4)

The sunsets, sunrises and stars are incredible from this spot, but the site was not as well kept as we’d expected.
Geoff let us know that he hadn’t been to the site in about a month but he’d heard the hot water wasn’t working for the shower - the hot water wasn’t working, and the shower holder was broken so you had to hold the shower head to be able to shower (in cold water). Less than ideal after long days hiking :(
The shower area could also use some instructions on how to get the water working.
Being unplugged at this site was wonderful though, but I think it would have been a much nicer experience if the hot water for the shower was working and the shower was more functional.
