Past trips
in Frozen Head State Park, Tennessee
Rather than staying at the campgroud, we hiked 3mi to stay at the Bird Mountain campsite.
The hike was mostly switch-backs! It was tough but awesome!
There was a water source onsite but when we went, in October, it was small, so we ended up hiking back down to the campsite for water. If you want to use the water at the camp site, you will need a water filtration system :)
