Great spot not far from yosemite
Great site to camp! I would no doubt be fine with returning in the future. My group of 4 stayed at site 3 which was the furthest in. To be honest the three sites were all next to each other. Everyone has plenty is space but expect to hear your neighbors if you have any. We did which was fine, everyone was able to still do their thing.
You kind of cross site 2 to get to the outhouse/dish washing station but it wasnât awkward.
Really enjoyed our site. Each site has a hammock, picnic table with umbrella, own trash bin, small charcoal bbq, small fire pit (which unfortunately was not usable during the fire warnings) and a water spout. Each also had a prep table. I felt site 3 had the largest prep table.
There was plenty of parking. No wild pests or crazy amount of bugs. The owners have a large, old dog that is deaf that occasionally wanders the land. Heâs huge but super polite and sweet and doesnât bother anyone.
The bathroom and shower was super clean and homely. Thereâs solar lights and the water was nice and hot. So appreciated. The dish washing station was super useful! They had soup and cleaning supplies available to use.
I recommend some light for the picnic table area at night. We brought some battery powered string lights and it was perfect.
William was super nice. We observed him cleaning each site as guests left, and the communal washroom area. Trash was taken away daily.
He also showed my husband around the land and showed him a nice trail on the property.
This site was approximately 45-50 minutes from the South Entrance of Yosemite (Fish Camp area). We went two days straight and the drive was nice and straightforward. Nearby in the town about 20 minutes away are restaurants, has and grocery stores.
We all had a great time and I would highly recommend this camp site for others.

Magical. The views here require no phone filters. Walk up to the cliffs and water. Most popular sites are 8 and 9 that directly overlook the cliffs. 9 has its own path to the trail down towards the water. There's a bathroom but no running water here. Haven't ever experience any wild animals here. Some walk-in/bike-in sites. Otherwise, it's best to reserve the campsites far in advance. If you try to walk up during peak season, you'll be out of luck.

Camped here in late May and it was SNOWING. But it made the whole experience so beautiful. The sites were walk-in only and we had ZERO problems getting a site. There were plenty still available in May. But we weren't here over a weekend. Plenty quiet here. Bathrooms have running water and toilers. No showers. Pretty close to the visitor center and can walk to the lodge area. Trash area is far, down towards the extra parking area. Pleasant quiet solitude after the harsh crowds at Zion. And Bryce is magical.
