Lakeside, Meadow, or Woods?

We tent camped at the Emerald pond site. The site has good morning and early afternoon shade. The site is easily accessible, free of litter, and cozy.
We brought our stand up paddle board, fishing poles, and hiking shoes. There is a lovely lakeside fire pit. If you enjoy nature watching, bring binoculars or camera. We observed many butterflies flying about the wildflower prairie.
We left Holiday lake feeling recharged & thankful for Mike’s hospitality.
