RV Riverside Retreat
in RV Riverside Retreat, WashingtonThe owners were very helpful with our unique circumstances and also were 100% responsive to our requests. The property was peaceful, right on the Yakima River. Thank you Kristen and Brian for your support!
Past trip
in Buck Meadows, WashingtonWe stayed for a second time at Buck Meadows and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was peaceful and quiet and best of all close to the Yakima River so my husband could go fly fishing. No need to drive around and look for public access to the river as we so often have to do; it was like having a piece of our own river to fish. And, when the battery went dead in our vehicle, Brynn's sister (our host) drove her car to our site and jumped us so we could go to town and purchase a new battery. So glad this didn't happen where we camp so often, in the wilderness dry camping sites where there are no hosts around to help you. They are wonderful hosts and we will be back as soon as we can!
Past trip
in Humbug Ranch, WashingtonThe Humbug Ranch was very accommodating for campers who desire amenities and a break from rough camping. My husband and I normally do dry camping trips, and this site was a great break - the hut had a gas stove, small fridge, kitchen tools and much more. We even had a big screen TV to watch DVD movies. The outhouse was well stocked, clean, with motion light sensors inside and out for night visits. It felt like a home away from home. James provided more information and help than required; we were very happy with this site!
Past trip
in Buck Meadows, WashingtonWe had a relaxing and very private time at our first Hipcamp experience. The site we stayed at was right next to the Yakima River, where my husband did his fly fishing. We felt like we were at a second home, it was so comfortable. We will definitely come back to Buck Meadows for another trip!
Joan hasn't gone on any trips yet.
Hipcamp Hosts can leave an optional review of their Hipcampers after the trip is completed. This is where those reviews from Hipcamp Hosts will appear.
