Camp Katori
in West Fulton, New YorkStranded 3 hours (and more)
Overall we have a good experience during our stay. However at the end when we were trying to leave, there was very poor communication from Mary.
We asked to check out at 1pm, she said one of her employees âThaddeusâ would be there to help us move our items with a mobile vehicle. We waited around for 3 hours and no one showed up. We tried to keep an open line of communication with Mary but she said âhe was coming. We lost hope that Thaddeus would come so we started dragging our stuff out of the campsite. Mind you it is a 15 min walk, we had some very heavy items since we were a group of 6. At the end, we still thought Thaddeus would show up at the farm so we neatly left our garbage behind. Since we had already made 4 trips to carry everything out. We were exhausted from the 90 degree sun with no shades.
We had communicate that to Mary, and she went on a unreasonable tirade trying to charge us $50 on venmo for a cleaner to grab it. (Where is Thaddeus? He should have showed up.) we had already gave her $10 to cover the disposals of our garbage.
Itâs unfortunate that it had to end this way, we really like the serenity of the campsite. Despite the lack of amenities promised on her listing. Such as a kitchen with full amenities.
We cleaned up the campsite and left no trace, even went above and beyond to pick to alerted her when we heard trespasser on her land, improve her campsite.

in Glamp at Coyote Creek, New YorkBeautiful weekend getaway
It was an amazing stay, we especially enjoy the free range chicken roaming about. There was never a dull moment.
They have a amazing shower with hot water set up.
The tent was super comfortable and can really fit a large group comfortable.
There was plenty to do in the area from visiting the brewery up the hill or taking a short drive to the nearest town for ice cream or activities down the Delaware River.
They also had other items available to share! The hosts was just amazing!
Canât wait to come back again and try another camp site
Site 4
in West Fulton, New YorkClear sky and crispy water
We loved our stay at mustang valley, the barn animals and campground was amazing. Mary was very inviting and welcoming. She answered any questions you might have and gave very good tips for hikes and food.
We picked site 4. It was the furthest one but I think it was well worth it the walk.
Remember to order wood beforehand. We ordered one bundle and couldnât finish it for the weekend.
