Loved our stay in a private area right by the river, surrounded by wildflowers and cornfields. Wanted to be away from the crowds at New Years, and this hit the spot! Lindsay was a great host, and dropped off firewood, fresh eggs and a butchers pack, ready to bbq! Easy access for our kayaks to the river, even caught some yabbies for dinner on our last night. Well maintained and clean campsites, with recycling facilities. Don’t forget the sunscreen!

Coral and her partner’s working dairy farm is an absolute gem.. nestled in lush, rolling green hills with fantastic views all round, this was a perfectly serene escape for a solo traveler plus my fur kids. There is so much space between the other campsites that you may as well have the farm to yourself. Coral was a fantastic host, and even got the campfire going for me as I was arriving close to sunset. Her cows are just gorgeous and I loved meeting them at milking time! Would be a great family camping location too. Loved the misty mornings and cooler temps in the hills especially over the New Years period.. not too far from Port Macquarie. Thank you for such a lovely time!
