Farm Immersion Therapy
in New Story Farm, MinnesotaLovely, Independent Organic Farm!
Stephanie and Daniel surpassed anything we imagined from hosts. While Daniel was busy reimagining an old chicken coop for new projects; Stephanie was generous in sharing her expertise of foraging and natural medicine, suggesting on-site and nearby activities, and delicious organic produce (her tomatoes are out of this world!).
While it is an active organic farm, it's surprisingly quiet (only the 2 hosts were working alongside a collection of remarkably chill and content livestock). The one-eyed bluejay provided amusement and funny pictures but might startle those who are skittish around birds.
The truck was a sweet, cozy hideaway that kept us dry after rain and morning dew. An evening campfire (fire-ring & wood provided) was the perfect conclusion to a country weekend. We look forward to returning as we still have more woods, trails, and garden rows to explore. Highly recommended!
