Very pretty farm. It was easy to communicate with Alex and Michelle. Heads up there are no toilets at this site but town is a quick drive down the road. Check out Mesa Winds winery around the corner and nearby Black Canyon of the Gunnison Park. Would definitely camp here again if we come back to this area.

A very nice spot close to Colorado Springs and Garden of the Gods. Pretty Aspen trees and a nice view of Pikes Peak. The area got cool at night even in August so pack an extra blanket if you have a thin sleeping bag. Myron was a great host - welcomed us when we arrived and showed us around the property. We would definitely stay there again if passing through the area!

Carolyn was a wonderful host! Her yard in rural Nebraska was the perfect quiet place to camp for the night on our trip out west. The site was only about 20 mins off I-80, which made it very convenient. She welcomed us and our dog when we arrived and allowed us to pitch our tent anywhere in her yard. Only one other couple arrived shortly after us and were easily able to space out their tent in the yard. It was also great to be able to take our dog on an evening and morning walk along the nearby roads, with beautiful sunsets and sunrises over the cornfields! This is a great spot to camp if you’re passing through Nebraska.

Gretchen was a great host with quick replies to any questions. Camp was spacious and pretty. Lean to was perfect for arriving late on a rainy night. It was a nice and quiet spot on a Monday night.
