Are you looking for something mundane, or would you like to step out of the everyday and into a world that could be? Balsam Ridge is filled to the brim with enchanting details and is almost like this enchanted little village with each spot as unique and amazing as the last. With trails lined with fairy lights, spots to sit or swing or hike the only trick will be trying to leave!

I stayed in the mini coop which was great! It's small and tight, but cozy and safe. It rained during the night that I was there, but I stayed warm and dry. In the morning I made coffee on the little porch and watched the chickadees as the came to the feeders placed with care around my site and it was simply lovely.

Last, but certainly not least, is the hosts! So friendly and helpful! I am so glad for my stay!

What a wonderful wonderful stay! John was friendly and helpful. There were so many thoughtful details-from a flashlight hanging in the outhouse, providing birch bark to make my campfire super easy to start, many amenities available to borrow, etc.- it is very clear how much care is put in!
