Access is easy from I-15. Finding a level spot was a snap. Always quiet even with the expressway near. Gas ia less than a tenth of a mile from the parking area.
For us it was the perfect distance from Great Falls. Just 15 minutes to whatever you want to do in town. River access is nearby. If you want to kayak there are several put ins between Ulm and Cascade.
First People Buffalo Jump and Interpretive center is 4 miles away.
Giant Springs and the Lewis and Clark Interpretive center are 15 minutes away.
Sam was a good host.

Nice remote location. Jaimee and her family are very acommodating. The locatoin is remote, but very pleasant and quiet. 40 minute drive to Charleston. St. George near by has Food Lion, Ace and most things you need. The entrance drive is a little narrow, but with our total length of 52 feet we got in just fine. They are working to upgrade their location for full hook up.

Very quiet location just 1 1/2 miles off the beaten path. It is set in a 5 acre ring among loblolly pines. The owner has set up fire rings, an outhouse, garbage can and fresh water on the site. Excellent for both tenting and RVing. the locatoin is perfect for visiting the are. Salisbury is 3 miles, Assateague and Chincoteague are 30 - 40 minutes and Ocean City is 45 minutes away. Perfect for day trips with quiet solitude at night.
RVers don;t be concerned about the narrow drive leading to the site. It's plenty wide and high. We pulled in our rig with a total length of 52 feet (truck and trailer) weight around 15,500 gross. Not a problem at all. Even after a thorough ground soaking rain the ground stayed mostly firm with a few soft spots. Generators are not an issue for the owner.
David hasn't gone on any trips yet.
