This is a nice spot for some outdoor activities with a big flat, open space for setting up your tent. There's a a nice potable water spigot, trash bins, some benches, fold up tables and chairs, and a very clean porta-potty. It's not glamping by any means, but it has everything you need. The property is next to some livestock fyi, so you'll hear some animal noises. Keep in mind the property is not right next to the lake, but it is a short drive away.
