On The Wild Side
in On The Wild Side, QueenslandWe had a wonderful time On the Wild side during this years Christmas. The cabin has everything you could ask for to have a comfortable stay including a very comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchen. My concern about it being too hot without fan or aircon was absolutely not necessary as it cools down nicely even during the sommer heat and I needed the provided blanket to sit outside in the evening (I am from Cairns ;-) ). We enjoyed the surroundings on hikes, mountain bikes and last but not least on Julie's beautiful horses. Another highlight was Julie's kitchen and every evening we were surprised with a healthy and delicious dinner and we all loved every bit of it. The fridge was equipped with home-made pies and desserts to keep us fed during the day. I honestly could have stayed much longer as it is much better than at home. Special mention to Colby the dog - he has become a family member and won all our hearts within a short time. If you ever stay here, you know what I mean, such a special dog ⤠I can highly recommend On the Wild Side to every nature loving guests đ
