Beautiful first come first serve site right next to "The Summit" rest stop off route 80, exit 323. There are 15 sites available, tent's or RV's... only $10 a night, honor system. Amenities include running water, toileting outhouse (not recommended for those with weak stomach's... might want to dig a hole instead), Fire pits with a cooking grate at each site... (but with the elevation being 8600ft- the wind was on full blast, so be mindful building large fires) Sites are decent size and not packed on top of each other. One of my favorite campsites I've ever stayed in. Seriously beautiful, perfect for that rustic wyoming feel. The whole campground was bordered by serene hiking trails and mountain biking trails, ranging in difficulty. (Would note we noticed 2 or 3 of the tent sites had tall overgrown grass, but for the most part were maintained nicely) ~Overall I'd highly recommend this camping area!~
