Tree House On Forest Edge
in Coho Canyon, CaliforniaRelaxing cabin in the woods
- The loft was cute and comfortable and the property backs onto a beautiful forest. It's a great place to relax and still have access to wifi and hot showers.
- Saskia was really friendly and very responsive via text. She gave us tons of recommendations for dog-friendly beaches/hikes and stuff going on in town. We especially loved Agate Beach in Bolinas (tidepools), Limantour (small beach town), and Roy's Redwoods Preserve (5 min away).
- Cooking was easy. There's a gas stove, toaster oven, small fridge, and electric kettle. And Saskia let us borrow a bigger pot and a can opener.
- We plan on coming back!

in 4,000 Ft Closer to Heaven, CaliforniaSite 5 - M.C.C. Redwood Ring
in McCormick Creek Camp & Gardens, CaliforniaReally beautiful campsite close to tons of hiking trails, the beach, and Pescadero. The host pointed us toward a swimming hole in Memorial State Park that's only a 10-minute walk away, and there are a bunch of little creeks all over the place. The campsites are clearly marked and sheltered by redwoods. Highly recommend doing a beach hike and exploring the little town on your way there/home. We plan on coming back!
