Past trips
Past trip
in Rosewood Farm and Agripark, South CarolinaOur family of four stayed two nights, about a week apart, stopping about halfway on our journey to/from FL from WV. Katie communicated everything well and we had a comfortable stay. We met Sam the dog on the way home; heâs such a good boy!
Past trip
in Farm and Forest, KentuckyVery welcoming host! Jennifer answered all of my questions promptly and was flexible with our evolving schedule. The location is very quiet, easy to find, and very accessible for our 19-foot Sprinter. We arrived and departed in the dark, so did not get a chance to enjoy the property, but will definitely return if back in the area!

Roger is a welcoming host! We arrived late departed early, so only saw his chickens and goats from afar., with some quick stargazing before bed. Roger took the time to make sure we had a level spot, showed us the bath-house, and made sure we were on WiFi (no AT&T cell service in the area). The roads to Rogerâs property are narrow and windy, but paved and in excellent condition. The final 0.7 miles is gravel, and is also in great condition. This was a nice, quiet, safe location and I recommend it if you are in the area.

Past trip
in Eden Oaks Vineyard & Campground, North CarolinaMy stay here was great! Sandra greeted me when I arrived and provided me with a tour of their property and introduced me to their goats and 6-week-old puppies. I was passing through and just needed a place to stay for the night, so I did not look around much. I stayed in site 2, which was nice and level, and a porta-potty was recently made available and looked clean. I would return to this HipCamp site!
Past trip
in Heirloom Hamlet, South CarolinaAmazing, welcoming homestead
Our stay was fantastic! Curt greeted us after dark, led us to our spot, and made sure we had everything we needed for the night. In the morning, Curt provide a welcome pot of French-press coffee and some great conversation. He and his family are doing some amazing things with their property, and are very welcoming and accommodating. This was a spot to spend a night, but we plan to make it a destination sometime soon. Thank you for your hospitality!
Past trip
Site 2 - Relaxing RV Spot At Horse Farm
in Lynnwood Equestrian Center, South CarolinaGreat night with the horses!
Teri was very accommodating! We were passing through and needed a place to stay, and this was our first HipCamp stay. We experienced some unexpected electrical issues and needed power for the night Teri directed us to an area next to the stable where we could plug in and run our AC on a hot humid night. Both spots are level, and the area is tidy. Keep in mind this is a working stable, so expect some barnyard noises and scents. We didnât have an opportunity to stay and visit, but it looks like a fun place to spend some time if you enjoy horses!
Adam hasn't gone on any trips yet.
