1 night at Sunset Mountain

James and Amy are great hosts! We stayed on a Sunday night and we were the only ones there, except for James and Amy. They hung out with us around the fire pit and made sure everything was perfect for us! Everything was very clean and accommodating! James was cleaning the pool when we arrived, and made sure the hot tub was clean for us. We had a great time and will definitely be back multiple times! It was our first visit and we plan on buying a season pass! HIGHLY recommend!

The site was scenic and private. The hosts provided a toilet which was nice. The hosts were pleasant and welcoming. The site was close by to 2 casinos with restaurants.

I loved tent camping on Tyler's property! He kept up consistent communication, he explained everything very thoroughly. We loved the kayaking as we are new to it, it was great to have those available and the lookout point was beautiful. Everything was set up very nice and cozy and it was very clean.

Kelda is a wonderful host, she met us on arrival and showed us around. There were chairs and a hammock available. This was a great place to spend the night on our roadtrip. And in the morning…… greeted by geese!! What a great surprise!

2 nights at Pea Ridge Bike Camp

The area was nice and well kept up. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Lots of grassy space for each site. evening shade for all campsites. several small trees that will be nice in a few years. Outdoor shower and sink, porta potties were clean and maintained with attractive cedar walls. Fire pit area with chairs. free fire wood. A school bus fixed up for a hang out area with games and charging stations. this is a primitive campground, so no hook ups. This was a great place for us to test out new solar panels on our travel trailer and learn how they work. we enjoyed our stay there!

Weekend Trip to Pea Ridge Bike Camp

Awesome property to stay at. About 15 minutes outside of Bentonville, it's peaceful and well cared for. There is a school bus, some shelters with a grill with, and other furnishings for those super rainy days when you're tent camping but don't want to be stuck in your tent. There are also brochures and maps inside the bus. There are big port-a-potties that are ADA accessible spaced well throughout the campground and two outdoor showers with heaters for a nice hot shower. Overall a great experience and the hosts are very hospitable. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Sunset Mountain

What a lovely place. My wife and I went there for a day visit to check the place out and enjoy Noel Mo. We enjoyed hiking through the shaded forest along the trail, the cool down in the pool afterward and the cooling breezes along the top of the mountain. What a great view. We really enjoyed our day and plan on visiting for a longer period next time.

This was our 1st stay @ Marinia Del Ray! It was Great! We usually stay @ our Lake Keystone, but due to flooding, Marinia Del Ray was open for tents, RV camping & cabin rentals for our entire family. We were not disappointed @ this location. Such a lovely relaxing place & play resort. Done alot of fishing boating swimming. Deer eating @ our camp site every evening. This experience is worth a repeat. Definitely worth the drive to Grand Lake @ North Eastern Okla.

This place is a true hidden gem. My son and I embark on an annual camping trip, and we’ve found our ideal retreat to revisit for years to come. Tyler and his boys went above and beyond to ensure the property was perfectly prepared for our arrival. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, swimming, exploring, hiking, and eating way too many s'mores around memorable campfires. As someone who prefers solitude over crowded campgrounds, I appreciated the seclusion this location offered, providing the perfect escape for a few days. Highly recommend—10/10.

1 night at Stardust Market Garden

My partner and I had a wonderful stay! This was only our second Hipcamp site and our experience was very positive! Kelda was very communicative and the site was perfect for a stop on a long roadtrip. She met us when we arrived and showed us to the site. We were grateful to have access to a bathroom and shower! We also got to enjoy sky-watching and woke up to beautiful bird songs. I heard the Great Horned Owl in the middle of the night, but by the time I grabbed my red light to try to find it in the trees, it was gone! Finally, we were greeted by sweet geese (adults and babies!). We would come back. As two women traveling, we felt very safe. AND, don’t miss Sunshine Donuts on your way in or out! Sweet family runs it and I’ll be dreaming about the apple fritters for a while.

Not only is it beautiful and shady where you need it… not only did the hosts come out and mow a fresh path down to the creek… not only have they invested sweat equity in their portion of the creek… It’s simply breathtaking. Bluffs of more than 50 degree incline hang above your very own private and secluded piece of what everyone is searching for here: cold running water to frolic in. Our Cleopatra fell in love. It was her first time with anything bigger than a mud puddle, and she had an absolute blast! If you’re looking for hip camp near Pineville, you won’t find any better than this.

Sunset Mountain is an exclusive reservation only 18+ clothing optional/nudist campground located on my working cattle farm. (Please do not drive up to our gate and try to get in. Please make a reservation in advance.) Although we cater to adults only we follow TNSF and AANR guidelines for social nude recreation. If you are not familiar with TNSF or AANR you can do a quick internet search and see some basic guidelines for social nude recreation. Sunset Mountain does typically operate as a blind service venue meaning we do business online and we and or our maintenance team may not be seen during your stay. We have a good team in place to help your stay be enjoyable please just understand we don’t operate like some of the clubs you may be used to. Sunset Mountain is a nice quiet place to relax and work on your tan. We have RV sites, tent camping areas a bus, container and camper available as lodging options. The campground has a bathroom facility with indoor shower and outdoor showers. We have a hot tub guests can use along with hiking trails and a propane grill. Sunset Mountain is near the Elk River in Noel Missouri and close to Northwest Arkansas where there are mountain biking trails, museums and many other activities. Sunset Mountain is listed on the Monarch Butterfly Waystation registry as well. Come stay on the buff bluff! We are located 1.2 miles away from the Noel city park that has free Elk River access, 4 miles to Mt. Shira free Elk River access near Shady Beach and 5.2 miles to the free Elk River access in Pineville, MO near Shady Beach Pineville.

Pea Ridge Bike Camp

The Pea Ridge Bike Camp has 20 primitive campsites available for visitors to Northwest Arkansas and can accommodate tent campers, campervans, small and large campers and RVs. Even smaller Class A motorhomes (length isn't an issue but weight on a grassy field might be a concern should it rain heavily) We offer large, spacious campsites along with firepits, free firewood and large cable spool tables at each campsite. Potable water, 2 outdoor sinks, 2 outdoor showers, 4 large ADA portable toilets (1 in front and 3 in back), and trash bins are centrally located to most of the areas. There is a large in-ground community firepit, a large canopy, 4 picnic tables on the property, a propane barbecue grill, a bike wash station, 2 hammocks on frames and a vintage phone booth (with phone charging capabilities, visitor information and trail maps) onsite. We have added a school bus with a booth and 3 benches as a hangout during inclimate weather. We are currently providing free firewood for each firepit. Very flexible check in/out times. Pea Ridge Bike Camp is about 7 miles to downtown Bentonville and only 5 miles from Exit 88 and I-49. We are located n the country, yet only 1/8 mile to state highway 72. Restaurants, food trucks, groceries, banking and laundry facilities are only 2 miles away in Pea Ridge. Pea Ridge Bike Camp is located 5 miles northeast of Bentonville and most of the bike trails are on the north side of Bentonville. We have 10 designated campsites and 10 dispersed campsite locations that are not in any designated area to allow guests some say as to where they camp. We are very flexible with arrival and departure times. We do offer group camping We will allow low-noise generators to be used in dispersed campsites. ** Please let us know If you are planning to use a generator. Our campsites are large with some being very shady and others in full sun. Great for those equipped with solar power. Since our intention is to provide camping space for visitors to the area, we limited the length-of-stay to 10 days. If you are a VISITOR to the area looking to stay for more than 10 days please notify me and I can lift the length-of-stay. Please call with any questions or concerns.

Fitzgerald Mountain RV Camp

This land is a six acre slice of property that includes a meadow, wooded areas, a small pine forest, native stones galore, a steep mountain side, giant boulders, a wet weather stream and pond, and 2 old tin barns. From West to East, the property starts flat but then begins to slope upward as it runs from the base of Fitzgerald Mountain Eastward nearly to the top of the mountain. The former homestead was removed within the past 20 years, creating a fantastic spot for the campground. It is located a short distance from Fitzgerald Station, which was a well known stop on Military road (later known as Butterfield stage line) in the 1830’s. The camp is only 2 miles from historic downtown Springdale, which is an area undergoing exciting revitalization. A concrete trail is planned that will connect the camp area to downtown making biking to restaurants and pubs much easier in the near future. The Razorback Greenway runs through downtown, and provides a biking connection to all of Northwest Arknsas.Learn more about this land:Fitzgerald Mountain Van and RV Camp offers 2 RV spots (26' max) with ride in / ride out access to Fitzgerald Mountain's world class trails. The mountain is home to OZ trails mountain biking and hiking for all levels. (look up OZ trails - Fitzgerald Mountain)The 2 van camper/RV spots sit at the base of a shade tree and the entry to the “Goat Trail.” This trail (named for the adjacent goat farm) will lead campers to the campfire area, "Fitzmo Barn", and Butterfield trail. Fitzmo barn has a map where you can leave your mark by putting a pin in your hometown and signing the wall. Leave your brand's sticker on the wall so other bikers and hikers can find their way to your hometown spots. The barn has chairs for the fire pit area, and can also provide some shelter if it rains.Butterfield trail crosses the camp area adjacent to Fitzmo Barn. Head North on Butterfield to connect with blue and black trails including the “best trail ever” and fantastic views from the mountain top. Head South to connect with trails for all skill levels including a strider course for the kids at Bayyari Park. Bayyari Park is only 1/3 mile away and has public restrooms that I'm told "remain open until 10:00 PM year round unless there is extreme cold."The only neighbors of the camp have a small farm to the North, and their goats and peacock occasionally visit the camp’s Western field. Other than these neighbors, the area feels secluded, especially at the fire pit and barn area. Fitzgerald is a historical area. Fitzgerald station is nearby, and served as a stop on the Butterfield overland stagecoach mail route that was used in the 1800s. Downtown Springdale is 2 miles away, and the pubs and restaurants cater to bikers. A paved trail is planned for the near future that will provide bike access to downtown.*Note* Backing up to a turn around area will be required for exit from the RV spots.

A truck can be driven to riverside campsite when dry or there is a 100 yard walk from a small parking area. More vehicles can be parked on top of hill which is 5 minute walk. There is a picnic table and fire pit at the riverside campsite. Bald Eagles are seen most days in the winter. Birders will also appreciate the feeder in the campsite. Fishing poles are available as an add on. You can bring your own too! Catch small mouth, large mouth, bream, crappie, catfish, gar, and carp/buffalo, but you’re competing with the neighborhood beaver so be on the lookout for him! Please release small mouth besides a legal keeper is 14" (6-7 year old fish!) and limit of 2. Rear wheeled drive vehicles should park at the parking area by old stable Absolutely no hunting wildlife or foraging mushrooms without prior approval.

We bought our land in 2004 for riding and getting away. Built a cabin for us and our 6 children to stay in, when we came riding. We have been told that these hills were once used as strawberry farms. We still find wild strawberries growing. The hills we ride and hike in, were once used by Jessie James and his gang. They robbed the local bank in Pineville, MO. And the first Jessie James movie, filmed in 1939, with Tyrone Power as Jessie James and Henry Fonda played Frank James.
