Not to mention the Restaurants, Shopping and Exploring from Eureka Springs right through Rogers, Bentonville and Fayetteville... Site has 30/50 Amp Service, Water and Septic The space The RV Site (bring your own RV)... Is located in Avoca, Arkansas... Just on the Northern Edge of the NWA Corridor that stretches from Fayetteville in the South to Bentonville/Pea Ridge/Avoca/Bella Vista in the North. We have 11 acres with access to old growth hardwoods on the property along with wet weather stream flow. Enjoy with Wildlife on the Property, the breeze through the trees and the advantage of being close to many things, however, feeling out in the woods. Guest access Access to the SilverStream Lodging Property is from US Hwy 62, in Avoca... Just North of the Rogers Airport... Easy access to and from the property with a dedicated left hand turn lane. The access to the property is paved with asphalt, and the access to the RV Site is compacted gravel. The Avoca Grove Loop has generous turning radius and clear path for Backing your RV into the Site. There is a dedicated Shower House for the three RV Sites on Avoca Grove... Which is first class with Ceramic Tile and Mini-Split Heat & Air Conditioning...

Perfect Get Away!

Red’s place was perfect for me! Beautiful natural setting surrounding the Silver Stream trailer, private covered patio, and close to amenities in town but still far away from town to feel like you “got away.” Red was attentive to my questions and was the best host!
