GPS is accurate but most direct route from Highway 281 can be muddy and alternate route recommended. Family cattle farm and row crops open to campers for stop overs. Area is very open and fields and pastures have minimal trees. Dispersed/Primitive Pasture Camping areas have tree cover/shade available if desired. Plug-in/services areas are at the farm yard site which has Agriculture Farm Equip/Cattle/Horse pens and vary based on equipment/livestock locations. (not scenic). Power/Water hydrants in the yard site/Restrooms are available at the main house and campers are welcome to use. Will work with campers to make sure they are comfortable

Our group really enjoyed staying at Jennifer’s. She was there to greet us at the gate, showed us around, and even picked a nice spot for us to set up our tents and vehicles. The site is very much in a pasture - you will be around cows, horses, and everything that goes along with it - but there is plenty of space and wide open skies. We did have high clearance vehicles; the drive in isn’t bad but 2wd might have trouble in the rain as the first hill down to the pasture is a little bit steep. There is a bathroom with a shower at the house, which is a bit of a drive from the campsite but very convenient to have nearby if you’re used to primitive camping. Jennifer is so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Her dogs were great and our dogs loved having space to run. We’d stay there anytime!

They stay was exactly as expected, very quiet and with all the amenities I needed. 3 little farm cats hung out while I cooked dinner and I watched there firefly hunting skills which were impressive. The host was great and communicated promptly and professionally. Will stay here again on my way back west.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. I am driving across the country and needed a place to stay in Nebraska. The site was private while still being close to the road. I ended up putting my soft top down and sleeping under the milky way! I felt far safer here than a motel, thank you to the host for sharing your land.

Excellent spot in the pasture with cows grazing around us. The spot was peaceful and beautiful and the property is amazing. The family was very friendly and acommidated us last minute and supplied fire wood for the night. A definite must if your in the area.

This campsite was beautiful. In a large green cow pasture with scattered trees. A wonderful way to experience the great outdoors. The bathrooms are far from the pasture campsites though, so if you need to be close to a bathroom all night this site will not workout.

It was great to set up in the pasture for the night and camp with the cows. We appreciated how private the site was and that we could take a shower before getting back on the road. Great spot in Nebraska! We'd love to camp again next time we're coming through.

That was a nice mellow 2 days. First morning, the beautiful rusty brown bulls were curious about my rig, but didn't come too close. It's nice to hear the horses as well, and saw a few. No wifi, but they offer a shower which is a nice perk. thanks Jennifer and family

Camping at Jennifer’s spot was an incredible experience! The clear night skies were breathtaking, with stars shining brilliantly. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay.
