ARIZONA SKY ISLAND & DESERT VALLEY Experience 80 acres of raw, sun-drenched Arizona wilderness. From the high panoramic plateaus to the secluded desert floors, this property offers a true "choose your own adventure" escape just a few miles off the historic US Highway 91. THE LAND: Your journey begins with a climb from the highway up to our 30-acre Flat Top. From this vantage point, the Arizona horizon stretches forever. You can catch the faint line of the highway in the distance, framed by the magnificent, purple-hued mountains and deep basins that define the Southwest. For the adventurous, a 10-acre rocky scramble—perfect for bouldering and exploring—serves as the gateway to our 40-acre Lower Valley. Whether you want to be on top of the world or tucked into the earth, you’ll find it here. THE CAMPSITES We offer 8 primitive sites across two distinct Arizona landscapes: The Mesa Rim (4 Sites): Perched on the flat top. Ideal for campers who live for golden hour sunsets and world-class stargazing in the clear desert sky. The Sage Valley (4 Sites): Tucked into the lower acreage. These sites offer a deep sense of seclusion and are shielded from the rim-top winds. THINGS TO KNOW Access: Accessible via a desert dirt road. While a sedan can make the trip in fair weather, a 4WD or high-clearance vehicle is highly recommended for navigating the terrain. Purely Primitive: This is a "Leave No Trace" off-grid property. There is no water, electricity, or trash service. Mandatory Sanitation: To preserve the delicate desert ecosystem, all guests must bring their own portable toilet facilities. The Elements: Come prepared for the Arizona sun and shifting temperatures. Bring plenty of water and shade! Unplug from the grid and reconnect with the rugged beauty of the desert
