We have two private sites, a primitive campsite directly on the Lake of the Ozarks, and a RV spot with full hook-ups (water, 50 amp AC, and sewer). The two sites are separated from each other, but both have access to the lake, including kayaks, a canoe, a paddleboat, excellent fishing, a boat-ramp, floating dock and a one-mile perimeter nature/hiking trail.
*** NOTE *** From January until early May, the lake level is dropped about five (5) feet, so boating and fishing access range from difficult to impossible (though, arrowhead hunting is a fun activity you might enjoy during the low water months!).
Primative Campsite - A private 1.5 acre campsite with a firepit (and plenty of wood to burn in it) and direct access to the Lake of the Ozarks. Amenities and features of the campsite include: a private camp toilet with a door and a concrete pad, picnic table on a gravel pad with an umbrella, a fully equipped cornhole game, fishing pole holders, a garbage can, three (3) level wood tent platforms, and even a big swing set!

What started as a simple love of backyard chickens has now become a dream farm for Tracey Durant and her husband Theodore. Nestled in the valley between two forest covered hillsides, and running adjacent to Clearwater Creek on the east and the Lake on the south, D'Ranch could not have been a more perfect location for the Durant's to plant their roots and get their feet wet.
While they continue their love of backyard chickens with their small egg and hatchery operation, they have expanded their interests to an array of friendly farm animals including horses, milk cows, pigs, sheep, ducks, geese, and an occasional turkey or two. Guests are welcome to explore the farm, join in the daily milking, and participate as much as they like in the farm chores. There are excellent photo ops so come prepared, and don't forget to share those great pics!

Ozark Adventures is a new park in the Lake of the Ozarks area, located on the west side of the lake. Our park is configured around privacy, space and integrating the camping experience with the natural forest setting. Our sites are at least 50 feet apart and provide plenty of trees and shade. Almost all of our sites are pull through, located between two roads coming down a hillside. You pull into your level site from one road and pull out onto another. All the roads are one way traffic so as to not force campers to negotiate steep uphill roads. Located adjacent to a well supplied supermarket for all your camping needs. We have a large community fire pit and games courts for playing lawn games, all lit up at night. In our modern camphouse we have beautiful showers and a brand new laundry facility for your convenience open 7am till 10pm daily. Our regular season is April - October, but in the winter we do offer long term stays with a minimum 28 day stay. Those are at $350 plus electric during the winter . We also have dry tent sites at $25 daily.
For attractions make sure to check out our trademark Patatay mountain bike/ hiking trail with challenging switchbacks, bridges and other attractions being added as you read this.
We also have a private, 3 acre lake on our property open for fishing for our guests. A brand new fishing pier makes it fun to enjoy peaceful fishing and fabulous sunsets on Hawk Lake.

Dianna was a very kind host and the property is very private, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the lake and everything it had to offer. The walnut trees provided lots of shade for camp and the bathroom was super nice. Lots of open space to play yard games as well. Would definitely recommend.

Our first family camping trip and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. We tent camped in beautiful site 1. The privacy was very nice, had the cove pretty much to ourselves. The site upon arrival was very clean, stocked fire wood, turf grasspad down for tent comfort. We were worried about flooding being in site 1 from the rain, but the run off water is directed away from your camp area and we had no flooding. It was amazing to walk into the water from our campsite with the amazing view. Directions were good. Gravel road and some paved. Porta potty on site as well. Thank you Debra for the family memories!

Travis was incredible. My two young boys and I were in a bind when arrived earlier than our state park reservation. He was quick to respond, offered a couple different options for our stay, and was a fantastic host. Very kind and helpful. He brought us wood for a fire, and a popup tent/bathroom since we didn’t bring our camping toilet. Their property is beautiful, with nicely mowed paths to explore. They keep bees, and Travis was more than willing to teach us all about them. My only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer! Absolutely Wonderful property and hosts, and incredibly kind. We will definitely stay here if we go to MO again!

Simply the best! Beautiful waterfront location. Every amenity that you need or want. Easy booking and fantastic communication. This was our third stop on our first RV trip, and definitely the best. We have been spoiled forever after visiting 38 Special. Everything is clean and easy to access. The pool was perfect, plus there are gas grills available in the covered pool patio. We used the gas grills for easy cooking every day. Bathhouse was clean and has private rooms for shower/toilet/sink. We also took advantage of a boat rental right from the docks at the camp. Chef’s kiss perfection! Sarah is the manager and you could not get a better host! Thank you so much for a fabulous visit, can’t wait to come back!

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful yurt campsite for a couple of nights. The yurt was perfectly cozy and picturesque. Even though it stormed heavily the first night, we stayed dry and cozy and the rain pitter pattering on the yurt was incredibly relaxing. The property itself is amazing, with a beautiful creek running alongside the campsite and a great pond to enjoy. As an added bonus, they have an excellent guard dog who chased off some unwanted visitors while my fiancée and I slept peacefully through the night.
We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We can’t wait to come back!
