Our property is 15 minutes South, from I75, 10 minutes from any restaurant or publix. We are a 2 mile drive down a dirt road, through the state forest. We offer 2-3 acres of a choose your own spot camping area. Located within the Picayune Strand State Forest, full of peace and quiet, and plenty of birds. We have a facility building that runs off a generator for running water. With that, we have a washroom, that consists of a large shower, and 2 bathroom stalls. we have then propane heated hot water for a nice hot shower. The sites are very " free range". Nothing that is too designated, so you have a free choice of where to pitch your tent, or park your camper van, or your RV.
Come and stay within the Evergaldes in Naples, of SWFL. A special private place like no other. You may have the place all to yourself, or share with others. It is not populated like other campgrounds.
The property is a designated farm, and we do have chickens.
Day time check-in is 100% recommended.

Prana’s Paradise is a 10-acre off-grid homestead nestled in a 1,000-acre nature reserve, just a stone’s throw from Naples, Florida.
This is a working piece of land where simplicity meets intention. Chickens, turkeys, and the occasional woodpecker roam freely or call from the trees. A mini donkey, mini goats, and their babies (when around) live in nearby paddocks and love attention—so be sure to bring some carrots. A wooded 1 acre private cabin site featuring a cozy, modified A-frame cedar cabin. There are several areas around the cabin site for guests to utilize . The area immediately around the cabin is fenced. A more isolated and remote area is located approximately 125 yards from the cabin area. One of the campfire pits is located out there.
Coyotes, Foxes, Bobcats, Raccoons, Armadillos and more have all been spotted and photographed on the property. Birdwatchers will enjoy Florida’s rich avian diversity, including Owls, Ospreys, Hawks, Falcons, and Eagles. Many water birds frequent the property’s small pond, though it is a seasonal pond.
This is an ideal home base for "day trippers". Just minutes away in all directions are Southwest Florida’s premier nature preserves, estuaries, sanctuaries, state and national parks. Delnor-Wiggins Pass and boat ramp access to the open Gulf are 14 miles away. Audubon’s Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, the CREW Wildlife and Environmental Area, Everglades National Park, Lover's Key, 10,000 Islands and the Florida Panther Wildlife Management Area are all just minutes away.
This is a "dark" location, which is nice for stargazing.
Note: We are located within the Collier County "mosquito control district". This is a huge plus+ in the summer months.

Weekend Trip to SWFL Everglades Camping
Beautiful and peaceful land to camp on. Lots of wildlife and plants. Property owners are very welcoming, nice, and knowledgeable about the land and area.

I loved the treehouse "glamping". The room was so cute- with nice little touches like a cooler for food and little solar powered lights to use when generator wasn't running. Property is beautiful. We put our trail cam out on the road at night and recorded a coyote! (No panthers though :( ). Best starry sky I've seen in Florida

This is a great campground , everything is clean and works as it should, like the showers, restroom and laundry and dryer units, there is a road that runs near it going into Marco Island that can be a little loud, but not annoying or happens too much, anything you need is only 4.5 mi ( Publix) to 8 miles away (walmart), there is a gas station a quarter mile away that sells a lot of items so you may not need to go too far anyway, stayed 5days and will stay there again if I go that way. Also dog friendly with plenty of doodoo stations and plenty of trails to walk or ride bike.

Mosquito hell! Thank goodness it was 50 degrees out and everyone had sweaters, long pants and long sleeves so it was bearable and we didn’t get bit thanks to all the clothing layers. We went for thanksgiving a few years ago and the mosquitos really made this otherwise fine campground quite annoying. I could not imagine staying here in hotter months. Stay well away in the summer; the mosquitos here are the size of 747s and there are many. It is by far the worst mosquito-infested place we have stayed in Florida.

Bug spray!!! Year round. eek!! But this is nature galore, with tons of birds, gators, and the ever-elusive panther.

Its a quite Campsite, mainly used by RV campers. Decent sized trail with also a large space with a cool small tower and one small attraction. Also has a playground with a couple of swings. However bring your kayak as this area is best for the marsh Kayaking!
