If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
It was such a well set up space! We had everything we could have needed and more! We loved meeting the animals. It was so sweet of our hosts to share their farm animals. My daughter loved milking the goats!
Everything was super clean and well laid out.
We had a very short stay here, just stopping through on a cross country road trip, but the glamping cabin was super comfortable and the hosts couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The small amount we did see really made us want to return to spend more time meeting the animals and exploring the many things to do in the Black Hills area. The bathrooms/shower/kitchen are in a separate building but are large, clean, and well-stocked. There is a TV and washer/dryer in that area as well. The room itself has its own TV, Keurig, mini fridge, sleep number bed, and telescope(!). Wifi was a little spotty, but highly recommend!
Magic space in the black hills
We cannot say enough good things about Opulent Acres and Heath and Shannon-they have created magic space in the Black Hills. The ranch is beautiful, the drive in was so beautiful. My young son and I stayed just one night but both wish it was a week. Everything was fresh and clean and welcoming. The mix of being out in the middle of nowhere in the exquisite Black Hills with all the modern amenities was a welcome respite for 2 Weary Rd. travelers. Next time I’d love to try camping here but this time we were in one of the suite glamping units, which was perfect for both of us. The sleep number bed was an added bonus! We got the best night sleep with just the sounds of that insect singing outside. The common space with the kitchen was a great place for cooking dinner on the stove and sitting at a table which is a welcome train when you’re on the road and camping most of the time. Would highly recommend us spot to anyone and everyone. I hope we get to come back soon!!
