First site is a 12x32 concrete slab with city water and a 30-amp camper electric service. The second site (near the rear of the property) is a 10x14 concrete slab with city water and a household electric service of about 13 amps. No sewage facilities for both sites, must have black water holding tanks. I recommend stopping at a truck stop and empty the black water holding tank. Located on an acre with Grissom Pkwy in the back. Very near the restaurant "Jabbers". Great views of rocket launches, just a few miles from Publix, other shops and other restaurants. About a mile to the Indian River, about five miles to the Banana River (and Kelly Park for windsurfing or launching boats) about 12 miles to Port Canaveral and the beach at Jetty Park or better yet (my fav) Cherie Down Park. CDP is great for surfing, beach fishing, viewing rocket launches or just beach walking. While there please visit Port Canaveral's host of bars and restaurants. Also, about 25 miles to the Space Center. PLEASE! Best way onto property is go west on Canaveral Groves Blvd 1/2 mi. to Alan Sheppard, left and left again at 1st. street (Atlanta St.). Back the 1/2 mi. to Knoxville Ave where the trailer/camper entrance lines up directly with Atlanta St. GPS does NOT know if you are pulling a camper/trailer...LOL!

Mount Dora is across the main street less than 5 minutes away. Our antique town is an amazing experience to explore with lots of history and complete with quaint shops and restaurants, boating and lots of things to do. Rennigers Antique Center is located right up the street (less than 5 minutes away) for some great picking. We are conveniently close to the Central Florida Attractions and the beach on both east and west coasts within an hour drivep. A few Campers favorite places to visit are Mount Dora Bike Trail - 2.6 miles, Kelly Park - 11 miles and Kings Landing 12 miles from farm. We offer youth day camps on various dates, pony rides and a tour of our farm animals for an additional fee. Reservations required in advance due to the other activities we have going on. In 2007, we had no idea where this adventure was going to take us. Our small urban farm was sharing our miniature animals with assisted living facilities and Neulife, where we have 3 miniature horses that live on their property. Little by little we have evolved into more of a need to share with the community and help others with the relaxing qualities our farm and animals have to offer, we want to be able to share and better educate with hands on experiences, teach kindness, patience, confidence and help others to be the best they can be. We left the Tampa area on Friday and spent the last three weeks of January at JB Resort in Sebring (middle of the state). The owners/hosts are Jamie and Bolton, hence the name. They've created an oasis on their land with several RV sites and another beautiful rig that they use as a "cabin." The property is well laid out with a pool, hot tub, deck area with tables, chairs and loungers. Throughout are fire pits with seating and other areas set aside to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Walking paths are throughout and lead along a fenced off orange grove. Pets are welcome. Jamie and Bolton are outstanding hosts and new friends. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind, check out this place. Quiet music around the pool, a nice breeze, and sunshine. Can't say enough good things. (The resort is gay owned and operated, but welcoming to all. Well, all cool people, I'd say. If you're a member of the gay community, you'll feel immensely safe and welcome.)

Clean piece of land to camp on and very private. Exactly what we were looking for as we wanted a dispersed vibe but still not far from civilization. Park is was Sam’s backyard area, but adequate distance from their house. There are a number of permanent residents that were quiet and nice. The outdoor shower was definitely my favorite park. The porta potty was clean and smelled nice. Sam provided a couple pieces of firewood which was very nice. I personally felt $30 was a little pricey for a spot with no electricity but I understand they are just staying out and need to cover the costs of development. The area was quiet and dark and a decent amount of trees between the spaces to add a bit of privacy. Would recommend 4WD as some of the sandy areas are soft due to development. I met Adam and Gwen and both were very nice and helpful. Overall, great stay!

Lee was VERY accommodating and welcoming. We were delayed because of work and he was able to let us stay the time we needed because of the work issues. We also had repairs to make and he had a tool I needed to finish the job. Thank for everything.

Weekend Trip to At Shady Oaks

Camped with a small 5th wheel, site 420. It was absolutely lovely. We were visiting our son’s family and had our granchildren to camp one day as well. Tanya and Wes were great in making sure we got there and situated. They had a lot of amenities including fire rings and wood. The sounds of the animals at night over the pond was really nice as well. We had 3 dogs with us and put up our fence for camp with no problems. The plants and quaint yard art was very enjoyable.

Weekend Trip to Wilderness Shores Ranch Campground!

We had such an amazing experience here. From arriving and seeing the adorable animals and scenery, greeted so friendly, and setting up camp at such a beautiful spot on the water. The place is kept up well and offers so many cool experiences with the trails you can walk on, water and the goats and cows you can feed and interact with. Such a unique experience even just staying for a night was wonderful. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend! So much fun

Camping at JB Resort was more like visiting a neighbor. The owners love landscaping and spending time with us as guests and friends. I needed some WD40 we went to his shop for it. That led to a tour of his equipment and toys I was right at home.

Tent camping was fantastic. My two boys loved being right on the water and that the goats and longhorns walk right up to the tent. Clean showers and bathrooms, friendly staff, and small camp store stocked with camp essentials. Will definitely return in the future

Weekend Trip to North Shore Relic Ranch

I had a great time overnighting here with my dog. The directions were clear and James met me at the entrance and guided me to the campsite. The site was quite roomy and was equipped with a fire pit, picnic table and a couple of low camp chairs. There was also a water jug provided for dousing the fire. The camp sites were well spaced. There was a little bit of vehicle noise from the adjacent road, but it was infrequent and not disturbing. In the morning we went for a nice hike along the nearby 2.4mi trail. I'd like to come back some time and explore the property more fully; there were definately some quirky items scattered about.

I enjoyed my stay on their property. It was very quiet, and I greeted by the local owls at night and also in the morning. It was neat to hear them, they definitely know when there’s movement. Also the chickens were curious and friendly. I wished I would’ve asked could I buy some eggs, but I didn’t think about it. There’s a park up the street near a Circle K that I spent some time at, it has some very nice trails to walk. I hope to get back to their property another time in the future.
